The People's Hero Posted 28 June 2007 Posted 28 June 2007 IIRC Joe Kinnear said he wanted £5million. IMNHRC though. Fu ck me, Fez. What does all that lot stand for?
Ric Flair Posted 28 June 2007 Posted 28 June 2007 Fu ck me, Fez.What does all that lot stand for? I'm guessing 'I might not honestly remember correctly'
Fez of Mahrez Posted 28 June 2007 Posted 28 June 2007 Fu ck me, Fez.What does all that lot stand for? I might not have recalled correctly! I just made it up. But it seems I did. So disregard that.

Alexikokopops Posted 28 June 2007 Posted 28 June 2007 It's times like this that the Acronym feature comes in handy IIDSSM
The People's Hero Posted 28 June 2007 Posted 28 June 2007 What's this youthmovies stuff? I'm intrigued? Are they a hip young band that people like Alex like and therefore people who want to be seen to be like Alex should like?
dandannieldanok Posted 28 June 2007 Posted 28 June 2007 Commons will announce tomorrow if he has accepted or rejected the offer of a new contract so things will be clearer then.
Joe. Posted 28 June 2007 Posted 28 June 2007 Commons will announce tomorrow if he has accepted or rejected the offer of a new contract so things will be clearer then. My guess is that he won't sign the contract. He'll probably take the chance that Championship clubs are interested in him I reckon.
Pete_foxes Posted 28 June 2007 Posted 28 June 2007 Is Commons not Forest through and through? Not saying we should not sign him because of this, But surely if a different championship team came in would he not choose them over us? just a thought
Durnerz Posted 28 June 2007 Posted 28 June 2007 Forest really do set themselves up to look right tits, £5m for Williams, try £500k. £1.5m for Commons, someone send in the men in white coats.
city1993 Posted 28 June 2007 Posted 28 June 2007 I wouldn't mind paying that much considering we have paid nowt for our other new signings, it will make up for all of those, so much on each of them.

Brainy Posted 28 June 2007 Posted 28 June 2007 I wish people would get over the 'no money spending' business.
MPH Posted 28 June 2007 Posted 28 June 2007 I wish people would get over the 'no money spending' business. 1.5 on commons is just funny...
Tubes Posted 29 June 2007 Posted 29 June 2007 1.5 on commons is just funny... well if we pay it i for one shall not be laughing
Sir Fynwy Posted 29 June 2007 Posted 29 June 2007 Forest fans think that he will sign a short term contract to stay with them today.
morris1234 Posted 29 June 2007 Posted 29 June 2007 http://www.nottinghamforest.premiumtv.co.u...8~1064179,00.ht 'Nottingham Forest will be holding further talks with Kris Commons on monday before his future is settled. A decision was expected today on whether or not the 23 year old winger would sign a new deal at the city gorund. but forset chief executive Mark Arthur revealed this afternoon "i have spoken to kris's agent and he has asked to meet Colin Calderwood and myself on monday. although there has been a lot of speculation over Kris, i am afraid we will not be able to give supporters any firm news until after that meeting ' wonder whats going to happen there then. personally id like to see him here and i think it would be about time to show our interest in him if allen or mandaric were wanting him.

smokey Posted 29 June 2007 Posted 29 June 2007 Seeing as I hate Coventry much more than Forest, I'll give you an unbiased reason why not.He is a show pony who couldn't keep posession of the ball if his life depended on it. He was shown up by Aaron Davies of Yoevil in the play-offs, Davies was a far more complete player and will have a far more successful career than Commons. However, if Allen reckons he's worth the punt and can make something of him then great. But he wouldn't be on my list. He would be a good signing, but the best ever signing would be DANNY MURPHY! He would be a class act in the championship! PLEASE BUY HIM MILAN!!!
Joe. Posted 29 June 2007 Posted 29 June 2007 Allen/Mandaric are in charge not you.Maybe they wont want him? How did you get the impression he thought he was in charge?
