I put in a written complaint last time after being on hold for forty minutes and then it being picked up - me making a query and being put back on hold and 'forgotten' about. Idiots.

And like it or not (and again, personally that's a 'not') it's a fooking genius idea. It'll have the same effect on the Kyle show as Jade Goody vs. Shilpa Setty (sp?) had for Big Brother. MONDO ratings.
