I found Kapo on Football Manager, he was awesome. You know who we should sign? Carlos Vela from Aresenal, or at least get him on loan or something. That is if his work permit is given and he wants to leave the crap team he's on load at now. Salamance or something...Football Manager doesn't lie.

Those feckers at Craven Cottage are trying to hijack the Kapo move :angry:

Why do all foreigners want to go to the centre of the universe*

*Rhetorical question!

Finally somone else sees the potentially in getting Merida in on loan... then again a couple of Spanish clubs wanted him on loan, but i like to think Wenger will see the sense in giving him a taste of the rough and tumble of the championship over la liga :thumbup:

Foxes trail Clemence Fri, Jun 29 2007 17:31Stephen Clemence has been linked with a move to big-spending Leicester :worship::thumbup: as his future at Birmingham remains unclear.

The Blues midfielder who, despite enjoying a great season at St Andrews last term, has been linked with a move away and several Championship sides are believed to be ready to launch bids for him should Steve Bruce decide to sell.

The former Spurs youngster is apparently concerned that he has not been offered a new contract by the Blues - like several other members of Bruce's squad - and, with two years left of his current deal, he is said to be assessing his next move.

Clemence's preferred option would be to stay with Birmingham as they look to re-establish themselves as a Premiership side next season but his future remains uncertain with several clubs, including the Foxes monitoring his situation.

Its mentioned at the end of the saganowski story in the mercury, so there might be some truth in this rumour, would be a welcome signing

Sounds like abit of promise in this. Its madness on Brums part to let him go, There loss & our gain. Hope he signs for us!

Also I remember seeing Kapo play a few seasons back for Auxerre against Arsenal and I remember thinking that boys got talent. If my memory serves me right I think he scored along with a guy called Fadiga.

Big spending Leicester!!! Haha! We've spent whatever nominal fee it was for Casino Jimmy and that's all. What a joke. Also, is it me or have we been led to believe that there's a good chance of signing players who we never really stood a chance of signing? Saganowski, Ilic, (Hendrie?) all come to mind. It strikes me that MM has a way of making it look like he's a good enough businessman to convince people to come, but in reality he's failing quite badly.

That said, I am becoming increasingly impressed with the signing of Cort. Maybe though, that's because we've still not got anyone better in. It's been said before that we need a whole new midfield but we're signing a load of defenders - the one position (left back excepted) where we have/had cover. Bizarre.

All in all, this process is disillusioning me. I am happy to be proven wrong, but I don't see us bringing in any 'exciting' players between now and the end of August, despite repeatedly being promised some.

I'm not concerned about the midfield tbh. MM said that he knows we are seriously lacking in the midfield dept. and I can't see that fitting in with his 3 year plan. Hope he's got a couple of nice surprises in store for us ;)
