Brainy Posted 21 July 2007 Posted 21 July 2007 Our new 'goal' music, just to seperate it from the Notts County post match reactions.
General Smuts Posted 21 July 2007 Posted 21 July 2007 Our new 'goal' music, just to seperate it from the Notts County post match reactions. Its a great song, and gets the peeps in the stands a-dancing around. My like!
Mort Posted 21 July 2007 Posted 21 July 2007 Twas only last season that i said to a mate of mine after the usual K*lly shite-fest, that Chelsea Daggers would be great goal music... nice to see to club's thinking along the same lines
lildave3 Posted 21 July 2007 Posted 21 July 2007 And i am fandabidozee Ok, you're getting on my nerves now.
General Smuts Posted 21 July 2007 Posted 21 July 2007 Ok, you're getting on my nerves now. My plan is working! Mwahahahahahaha
Jay Posted 21 July 2007 Posted 21 July 2007 going against the grain... I hate the "americanism" of football when we have music played when we score!! would rather we made our own noise!!
Sparky Posted 21 July 2007 Posted 21 July 2007 going against the grain...I hate the "americanism" of football when we have music played when we score!! would rather we made our own noise!! ive always had the same view but this song has a bit of meaning for me and my boys and comes with a fantastic head patting dance !!! im sold
Simi Posted 21 July 2007 Posted 21 July 2007 It's a good song to play no doubt, although as people have said, it's used by half the football league.
Ultra Posted 21 July 2007 Posted 21 July 2007 I would prefer we stuck with Post Horn Gallop (remix). At least it's unique to us. Chelsea Dagger is played everywhere...
lildave3 Posted 21 July 2007 Posted 21 July 2007 ive always had the same view but this song has a bit of meaning for me and my boys and comes with a fantastic head patting dance !!! im sold Can you teach me said dance?
Mark Posted 21 July 2007 Posted 21 July 2007 I would prefer we stuck with Post Horn Gallop (remix). Is that still being played when the players come out? Pfft It's an absolute travesty whats been done to the original.
Simi Posted 21 July 2007 Posted 21 July 2007 Is that still being played when the players come out? Pfft It's an absolute travesty whats been done to the original. Yes.
dandannieldanok Posted 21 July 2007 Posted 21 July 2007 Is that still being played when the players come out? Pfft It's an absolute travesty whats been done to the original. Agree, it's horrible , get the original back
Ultra Posted 21 July 2007 Posted 21 July 2007 Is that still being played when the players come out? Pfft It's an absolute travesty whats been done to the original. In the programme MA said he would be holding auditions for the original to be played live. Let's hope this doesn't mean the return of Henry!
syston_fox Posted 21 July 2007 Posted 21 July 2007 Chelsea Dagger is also used by the Nottingham Panthers Ice Hockey team to celebrate goals. I'd rather have something that was a bit more individual to the football club.... but then again we hardly have a unique stadium any more do we?
General Smuts Posted 21 July 2007 Posted 21 July 2007 In the programme MA said he would be holding auditions for the original to be played live.Let's hope this doesn't mean the return of Henry! Henry was a ledge! He sat next to me during the Pepsi Max Challenge tournament last year and is genuinely a nice fellow I have his autograph somewhere
l444ry Posted 21 July 2007 Posted 21 July 2007 Another example of the lack of originality in life today. Why any music? What's wrong with the good old fashioned goal celebrations? Why does anybody feel the need to have choreographed goal celebrations?
Trumpet Posted 21 July 2007 Posted 21 July 2007 Zane Lowe played this at the muse gig @ wembley and it really got the crowd going. Sounds good when everyones going, DU DU DU DU DU DU DU DU DU DU DU too
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 21 July 2007 Posted 21 July 2007 If we have any music on, the "dj" should whack on some Kasabian
Trumpet Posted 21 July 2007 Posted 21 July 2007 Take note of the "special" Derby fan trying his best to sing the song, clearly isnt capable.
