Suffolk_fox Posted 22 September 2007 Posted 22 September 2007 I agree i would love to finish 10th and i reckon Allen would have achieved that. Now how we gonna get stability, when milan keeps going on about premiership and going up fast. Sacking managers doesn't give you stability does it ? We will never know what Allen would have achieved if he stayed. If my aunt had balls, she would be my uncle. I agree, Milan is deluded if he thinks this current squad will get us up, but talking about sacking managers (and that's fans talking or Milan talking) as often as has happened of late, really will never help the situation.

So you are unhappy to have a chairman who's main aim is to get to the Premiership? Odd.
Daggers Posted 22 September 2007 Posted 22 September 2007 people just love to say ''x' out''. like it's really dramatic and original. sdb out!
filbertway Posted 22 September 2007 Posted 22 September 2007 So you are unhappy to have a chairman who's main aim is to get to the Premiership?Odd. To be fair, he can say we're aiming to get to the prem that's easy. We'll see over the next few months, well the rest of the season really, if he helps us to buy the correct players and doesn't keep prying into the managers selections and tactics and who we buy. At the moment it's hard to say whether he's doing well for us, or just an average chairman who is only liked and wanted because he has some money to spend.
ASH17LCFC Posted 22 September 2007 Posted 22 September 2007 So you are unhappy to have a chairman who's main aim is to get to the Premiership?Odd. Yes in the ways he is doing it. You are to sucked in by Milan. He says these things to keep the fans happy. Ask portsmouth about him. They'll tell you the truth.
Steven Posted 22 September 2007 Posted 22 September 2007 So you are unhappy to have a chairman who's main aim is to get to the Premiership?Odd. What leads you to this conclusion?

Bojimha Posted 22 September 2007 Posted 22 September 2007 Seriously this thread is the biggest load of bollocks since i last abstained for 30 days, and trust me the load got big on that occasion.
MPH Posted 22 September 2007 Posted 22 September 2007 thats why i put id give him more games and if results don't come our way get him out.Whats the point in keeping him and losing more games then getting rid of him when we are bottom, when we can get rid of him when we are 4th bottom i rest my case. you even contradict yourself in this post.
lookwhaticando Posted 22 September 2007 Posted 22 September 2007 I might change the poll options to make people who have voted already seem stupid, maybe a little contradictory. Option 1) There's too much cheese on my taco. Option 2) I prefer tomato ketchup on my muffin. Option C) Where's my hat? Honestly... a Megson Out topic is just a little premature right now. He's been in the position for a week and a day. He's semi-managed a draw at QPR, managed a win at Forest and now a loss at Charlton. Wasn't Allen's first three results very similar? Three games in charge... he clearly doesn't know much about his squad, yet. It's not even 'his' squad, anyway. He's here now... he might as well stay. He needs time to have a fair crack at it - make changes to the squad if needs be (loans, or activity in the January window). He needs time, he might as well have it. That's all I'm saying.
