The People's Hero Posted 4 October 2007 Posted 4 October 2007 1) I wish I had Halo 3. 2) I hope this infection doesn't develop in to pneumonia. 3) I wonder if I can train myself to enjoy coffee. 4) I wish there were a power cut so I could go home. 5) I hope that power cut doesn't affect my flat (few hundred yards away) as I'd like to fire up my ps2. 6) I could really go for a cuppa, but I'm not going to be the loser in the current office stand off. There is no milk. I'd have to buy milk AND make the round. No chance. 7) I wonder what Elvis Hammond is doing right now. I hope he views his immense fortune as dirty, tainted and undeserved. 8) Hi Stearz (I know you're reading).... BOO! 9) Would I make a good formula 1 driver? 10) Do bands listen to their own cds? What are you musing about?

Bellend Sebastian Posted 4 October 2007 Posted 4 October 2007 6) I could really go for a cuppa, but I'm not going to be the loser in the current office stand off. There is no milk. I'd have to buy milk AND make the round. No chance. Go out and buy the milk, then come back and announce very loudly that you've done your bit and bought the fcuking milk. If someone doesn't volunteer their teamaking services you've every right to go postal and slaughter the lot of them

Guest Posted 4 October 2007 Posted 4 October 2007 3) I wonder if I can train myself to enjoy coffee. It is possible, but it then involves you having to buy stupid coffees with stupid names and extortionate prices. And if you don't like your drinks sweet and syrupy, then you are knackered! I have found that buying piss weak instant, using lots of milk (ideally it should be hot milk, no water), and lots of sugar makes an enjoyable coffee.

There is no milk. I'd have to buy milk AND make the round. No chance. Ok... 3) Yes you can. Drink it black, very strong, in tiny quantities and buy the good stuff. Then treat it like Sambuca - knock it back in one go and wait for the (100% legal) head rush. Sorted! Oh, plus it has the added advantage of also providing a solution to musing no 6 - you could happily (and pointedly) go and make yourself a cuppa without any need whatsoever for milk. Smugness value has to be worth the - brief - assault on the tastebuds, surely? 4) doh! bomb scare... just a tiny one, like... perhaps a little ticking parcel from the disgruntled 'stand in' postie? Obvious need to evacuate the office and head home, which is just far enough away to be unaffected.
Kent Fox Posted 4 October 2007 Posted 4 October 2007 Today, I have mostly been musing about.. 1. How did my interview this morning go? 2. What shall I cook for tea? 3. Will there be any Chelsea tickets left by the time I can afford one? 4. Will Ultra continue his unionist clap-trap on the postal strike thread? 5. Should I have tried harder not to have sped past the copper on the M20 this morning? 6. Will the Chelsea match be over by the time I get some money for the ticket? 7. Shall i go and live in France or Spain? 8. Will Kelly Brook ever pop round to my house and blow me? 8. What music can I download for my iPod? 8. Will I ever be able to count past 8? And that was just this morning.
The People's Hero Posted 4 October 2007 Author Posted 4 October 2007 Halo3 The price is never going to come down is it? If you ever get bored of it, could you post me it? Cheers. Jimbo Jamberson.
Finnegan Posted 4 October 2007 Posted 4 October 2007 I can get it to you for a 20% discount. I cant afford to post it, though, so you'd have to come to Crouch End.
Kent Fox Posted 4 October 2007 Posted 4 October 2007 The price is never going to come down is it?If you ever get bored of it, could you post me it? Cheers. Jimbo Jamberson. In the meantime, here's a little page of Halo 3 stuff to muse over if you ever do get it.. Halo 3 Bits 'n' Bobs
Alexikokopops Posted 4 October 2007 Posted 4 October 2007 I've been drinking since 4pm and I'm currently listening to Slow Riot For New Zero Kanada by Godspeed You! Black Emperor. Student life is underrated, this is my musing.
Nationwider Posted 4 October 2007 Posted 4 October 2007 I've been going to bed far too late recently. I'm eating shit and drinking a little too much again. Families really can be a ****ing nightmare. Apart from the family I actually live with - they keep me going. I am putting off important stuff at work. I am doing too much pointless shit at work. I wish tomorrow would just do itself withou any input from me. I want a bicycle. People who have kids and take hard drugs are selfish c*nts. The front passenger seat of my car has gravy on it. I need a 9 day week.

AoWW Posted 4 October 2007 Posted 4 October 2007 Really not that interesting - mate had a problem at work and i didnt take it seriously and joked around..... now she's got the hump! Yeah, but you see now I'm all the more fascinated! What problem? What should you have said/done? How can you tell she's 'got the hump'? What are you gonna do to make amends? .....hours of gossip and speculation to be had! Oh, and you don't actually have to answer any of that stuff. Feel free to tell me to fook off and stop being so nosey!
