I am asking this because i need to know, in leicester, where there is a néiche in the market. So what kind of shop does your local area/community need or what would you like more of....just give a general idea thanks.

The less actual chicken per square inch of chicken the better. Don't know about Leicester these days but London really doesn't have enough of this type of outlet.
