Kaebi Farts!

No surprise to anyone.

Why? He has chopped and changed the team - he might have left him out. Am glad he hasn't - think he deserves a few games to see if he is worth all the hype. :scarf:

Gradel was two years younger when Chambers made his finger-flick appearance and, as I wasn't there I don't know whether Chambers was picked on the right wing anyway.

Many think it was just a publicity stunt but, whatever, he wasn't ready and neither was Gradel.

I and others have no idea why Gradel has never played for the first team - some mention his temperament but that's much over-stated.

Kelly played Maybury and Hughes because he wanted defensive midfielders - they were part of the hussling reinforcements he almost always used and which did much to leave us in the predicament for find ourselves in now.

They were also well paid seniors and managers are wary of using token-paid scholars ahead of well paid senior professionals. If you have any doubt about my point Josh Low and Momo Sylla were also used and to say they're as good as Gradel is to suggest a CZ is as good as a diamond. Sylla never scored for us in all the time he was here apart from once in a friendly I believe.

You say I overrate Gradel but how do you know to what extent I rate him?

I've just said that in my view he's a better winger than Kaebi, Chambers, Maybury, Sylla, Hughes, Low and I'd and Newton. I'm not sure that makes him anything special - just good enough for our team as it stands.

And that's not meant to sound overly critical of Maybury and Hughes. They weren't wingers anyway. Kelly just used em there.

I don't know what extent you rate Gradel but ALOT of the comments i see from you mentions Gradel! I can't see how u think Gradel is better than kaebi at right side midfield, Gradel wouldn't be out on loan if he was ready for his first appearance in the championship! The club obviously think he will be in time as they gave him his first pro contract but at the minute they have him loaned out to gain some first experience probabbly. Also, right midfield is not kaebi's position but hes still probably better than gradel there!

Tracian you say that hossein kaebi didn't deserve a chance after his performances in the reserves!!!! ..

Reserve team football for people like Hossein is no good whatsoever. He man-marked Ronaldo when he played against Portugal for Iran.

I've seen the dvd and he did very well but I'm going to stick him on the right wing because we seem a bit short of attacking options.

His lack of communiction doesn't help, but how many people have actually helped him to get over that since he's been here?

I rest my case.

No-one has ever suggested he's never had a good game and it would seem that whenever he does his agent gets the video and makes sure it gets worldwid exposure.

I remember Alan Woollett man marking all sorts of people out of games, not just one, but it didn't make him a superstar.

As for communication Kaebi's been here plenty long enough to learn standard football vocubulary...and has his own interpreter on the touchline wherever he goes.

Sylla would have loved the excuses Kaebi gets.

I didn't say that people have suggested he's never had a good game?! My point is you said that kaebi doesn't/didn't deserve a start as a step-up from the reserves! Yet Ian Holloway doesn't seem to think so! Do you think ian holloway is wrong aswell?

Thracian's Mad Football Skillz0rz > Ollies'!

Who know why Ollies playing Kaebi, none of the people who actually went to Ipswich thought he was any better than Newton.

Perhaps there's is a clause in his contract that says he can leave for nothing if he doesn't play so many games. Who knows, I'm only guessing.

The thing is none/very few of the people blaming Thracian because Kaebi hadn't played haven't actually seen him play in the flesh, Thracian has. I'll take his opinion over some ignorant school boy trying to get cheap laughs.

It's clear that I've seen both play and it doesn't sound as if you've seen Gradel at all. On that basis I might well rate Gradel considerably higher than you do.

As for Kaebi's position, he might think he's a right back but I think he's got one chance in England - and that's to play right midfield.

As a defender he's extremely vulnerable.

Since when has the Republic of Ireland been in Asia?

Exactly my point.

Since when has anyone other than yourself compared a striker with a right back.

Already covered. People have talked about Kaebi as an attacking right midfielder - I compared him with Hammond.

People have talked about him as an attacking wing-back - I compared him with Sheehan.

Where's the problem? I could, I suppose, compare him with Craig King or Lee Cox to give him a bit more leeway.

Not sure I'd prefer him as a right back to Lee Cox though. I just loved the tackle Cox did on Blackburn's left-winger Wednesday night.

Talk about taking man and ball. The winger might still be shuddering. :D

The problem is you like to compare boys to men, would Cox have the power to tackle a grown man like that? would Billy Kee score a lot at Championship level? How long is a piece of string? To say, for example, Gradel is a better prospect than Kaebi is mere conjecture, as neither have had enough time in the first team. You argument is difficult to counter you know, because it lacks so much in structure I don't know where to start.

But Hammond is a Striker not an Attacking Right Midfielder,,

But Sheehan plays on the left???

I Really am confused....

When is Kasabian playing again??

Is Adams still Manager...?

Sasha the DJ?

my head hurts...

I think Kaebi should be given a game, has he played for us yet?

I would actually say that he is similar to Elvis....

Have you heard him sing?? :D

Ignorant school boy? u TW*T, are u thick or something... how do you know wether i have or haven't seen kaebi play 'in flesh'. That is a completely invalid point as you have no proof to wether i have or haven't seen him play. But for your information IGNORANT ADULT WHO MAKES POINTS THAT THEY HAVE NO PROOF ARE TRUE!!! I have seen kaebi play at watford, in evrey single home reserve game since he has been at the club including the westerby cup final at holmes park and the game at the walkers stadium! So now you know that you are wrong in suggesting that i have not seen him play!

Why is he vulnerable at right back? Clearly he wasn't vulnerable against luis figo and cristiano ronaldo players that are of a much higher standard than in the championship! The only way he is vulnerable is in the air but even so, did you listen to the ipswich game, he won a fair share of headers as he has a good jump, just like hume has. But, he is not vulnerbale for strength as it has been seen ihe is not scared to make a brave challenge.

you cant base your views on a player you havent seen play apart from youtube... are you aware that i could make about any player look like a world beater with a compilation of 3 seconds worth of material taken out of a match, it doesnt show the full story.

mcdermott is right how would you know if he hadn't seem him play?

and how the hell can you compare kaebi to elvis?

since elvis has been at leicester he has played 64 matches scoring only 8 goals? how can you compare that to an international who has played over 60 caps for his country at such a young age?

you adults just don't like it becasue he is rigt !

i rest mine & mcdermotts case !
