yes and so has mcdemott so why are they saying he hasn't?

because hes basing his knowledge around world cup videos... im not criticizing him, i just think he needs to have a more open view on this surrounding his performances at leicester, as thats all im interested in

you cant base your views on a player you havent seen play apart from youtube... are you aware that i could make about any player look like a world beater with a compilation of 3 seconds worth of material taken out of a match, it doesnt show the full story.

How the hell do you know i havent seen him play do you follow me around i hope not! I have seen in every home reserve game thi season! Now don't you think you should admit you were wrong!

fair enough, its just because you provided things from the world cup that do sort of evoke what i was on about... apologies

The performances in the reserves have admittedly not been great, but it does lower the performance the player who is playing around players with less experience and talent. Even holloway would agree with my poin there! ... Reserve team football for people like Hossein is no good whatsoever. He man-marked Ronaldo when he played against Portugal for Iran. Quote ian holloway! he based his 1st team start on the world cup DVD's clearly! Surely a player who can man mark to world class players out of a game is enough proof to award 1st team starts! Do you agree Wet Flannel?

But Martin Allen allegedly only ever saw one player play before purchasing all his summer buys which cant be good basing them on dvds... but Holloway is in a different situation i suppose as hes stuck with him. Marking Ronaldo is obviously a massive task but i cant really say anything on that as i didnt watch the match. His performances for the reserves havent been dazzling, but you still need to put in solid performances to merit a first team place e.g Hayes etc. Ollies been giving everyone a chance so far and Kaebi was long overdue one, but when hes came in hes done ok according to most foxestalk members (i didnt go ipswich), and obviously if he does well for the first team then he should be involved within the first team squad...

Ignorant school boy? u TW*T, are u thick or something...

Tut tut. Does your mother know you talk like that?

how do you know wether i have or haven't seen kaebi play 'in flesh'. That is a completely invalid point as you have no proof to wether i have or haven't seen him play. But for your information IGNORANT ADULT WHO MAKES POINTS THAT THEY HAVE NO PROOF ARE TRUE!!! I have seen kaebi play at watford, in evrey single home reserve game since he has been at the club including the westerby cup final at holmes park and the game at the walkers stadium! So now you know that you are wrong in suggesting that i have not seen him play!

I wasn't getting at you specifically, just the anti Thracian tendency in general. As you've seen so much of him can you honestly say that (as a world class player) he was the star performer in any of those games?

I would expect a player who man marked Ronaldo to be the stand out player at any level. I'd just like to point out that Iran lost that game in the world cup, as well as losing to Mexico and only drawing with, that other world football power, Angola.

Yes i agree, Hayes certainly deserved a start as he stood out in the reserves unlik kaebi! But, when i watched the reserves it seemed like kaebi's self-asteem was low, i think this should give him a lift. hopefully, he will do well. its a shame he hasn't started at hom yet!

Mercury today says that Holloway was impressed with Kaebi. it mentions it might be an unchanged side too!!!

City are likely to be unchanged, which would mean another run-out for Iranian international Hossein Kaebi, who impressed City manager Ian Holloway with his bright play at Ipswich.

Kaebi had expressed a preference for right-back rather than right wing, but Holloway said: “I thought he looked very good out there.

“That was the first time I had seen him play and I thought he did really well.â€

Maybe , Maybe Not why you going to tell her?

Do you still live with your mother?

Well then why did you suggest i hadn't seen kaebi play????? No he was not the star perform er in any of those games but you could see that he had talent, and deserved a 1st team opportunity! The reserve is not the place for kaebi! Just as Holloway said!

Well he's not going to stand out having to mark Rotheram, Forest, Lincoln etc. Players is he? I can't remember many occasions he got beat at right or left back.

If you don't stand out against Lincoln/Rotheram reserves then you're either not that good or have an attitude problem. As for what Holloway says I don't think he'd ever say anything bad about any of the players, that's not his style.

Kaebi's been subed off, rekon he wont play against Wolves on TV or against Ipswich at home and a lot of fans who didn't go to Hull or Ipswich won't even see him.

Awful subs, awful decisions by Ollie. Stearman right mid what the fook. Stearman shouldn't even be in the squad.
