Who else laughed a lot? That was probably one of the most, abysmal, dreadful attempts i have ever seen to score a goal.

I don't want to piss on your chips but I can't laugh at things like that unless it's the opposition.

It was funny although I doubt we'd have laughed so much if we hadn't been winning 2-0.

A certain Geoff thomas had a better worse one.

There's a few on here including another Thomas effort (3.00)

Bu that's the thing - we were winning 2-0.

By the reaction of him afterwards, I think he knew he made a complete howler of it.

His miss wasn't good.

But it was nowhere near the horrendous effort by Elvis against QPR last season.

That one had the Kop in stitches, even though we were 2-0 down!

It was offside anyway but it was an open goal as someone squared it, and he somehow lifted it over the goal... to be fair, it did bobble

literally 4 yards out

I was there last season against QPR but I just can't re-call this Elivs miss.

I'm not sure it was even four yards, although as you say it was offside anyway. He should still have found the net, though..

one on one to the right of the goal ( looking from the Kop )

Second half, Kop end.

As I said, we were 2-0 down at the time.

Hahaha, I remember that, saw it on some Nick Hancock video. Broke his leg taking a penalty right?

everyone around me in L1 was in stitches and so were the Ipswich fans. Its nice too laugh when things like that happen when you are winning tho i suppose.
