Lillehamring Posted 4 January 2008 Posted 4 January 2008 Its just like mine.I love him already. EDIT: DavieG beat me to the scrabble pun. ...the one someone cracked before xmas
Alexikokopops Posted 4 January 2008 Posted 4 January 2008 Sorry...am I missing something?Football manager needs winger.....gets winger. Dosen't take an IQ of 170 to manage that. Let's hope the lad can play and fits in once all the flotsum and jetsum has been discarded. I don't think he was being entirely serious, you don't have to use all your posts to slate Ollie.
MPH Posted 4 January 2008 Posted 4 January 2008 I don't think he was being entirely serious, you don't have to use all your posts to slate Ollie. what with your avatar AND your sig... you sure have found a new lease of life in some paint freeware program....
pricey_lcfc4ever Posted 4 January 2008 Posted 4 January 2008 You sure he's a winger?OS says he is a defender. wot u on about it clearly says young under 21 left WINGER!! so i dont think that means defender
reynard Posted 4 January 2008 Posted 4 January 2008 The fact that his english is "good" is very encouraging.
Bluemoon Posted 4 January 2008 Posted 4 January 2008 who's jetsam and flotsam , couple of useless right backs ? Damn, my old Latin master is going to be very upset with me....don't forget that other useless RB who never makes a mistake...Checksum......and the thick RB who hasn't started a game yet...Dim Sum. Must be hundreds more RBs hanging around the changing room we've never heard of.
Lillehamring Posted 4 January 2008 Posted 4 January 2008 wot u on about it clearly says young under 21 left WINGER!!so i dont think that means defender bless, you'll learn about Raj... he has special needs, you know.
Bryn Posted 4 January 2008 Posted 4 January 2008 The best thing about this is the agreed fee. If he's half as good as Buzsaky then we'll have a decent player on our hands. It does seem like a coordinated move from Ollie. After all the money squandering of money on poor players, without any clear reason for their purchase, from Martin Allen, Ollie's methods seem top quality. Using a trusted and extensive scouting network to find a player in a country which he has had success in before, then giving him a 3 week trial to make sure he has a good look at him. Then getting him in on loan to minimize the potential cost of what is a risky bit of business, buying an unknown always is. And then making sure that if he is a success, we can get him in with minimal fuss. Smooth work. Obviously in the grand scheme of things it is nothing special - it is what football clubs and management teams are supposed to do. But after so long being served shite, it's refreshing to see.

I still don't see where to place Hayles in this scheme of things.
Scow Posted 4 January 2008 Posted 4 January 2008 I still don't see where to place Hayles in this scheme of things. In the bin.
The Reverend Posted 4 January 2008 Posted 4 January 2008 I still don't see where to place Hayles in this scheme of things. Coach? Hopefully one back to Plymouth.
Joe. Posted 4 January 2008 Posted 4 January 2008 Coach?Hopefully one back to Plymouth. Just don't let Pericard drive it.
rugbyfox jnr Posted 4 January 2008 Posted 4 January 2008 Does anyone know if our strikers will remember what a winger does, so they don't have to.
The Reverend Posted 4 January 2008 Posted 4 January 2008 Just don't let Pericard drive it. No, do. Just make sure Elvis Hammond and Rab Douglas are on board, and that you cut the brake cables, and send them on some high altitude journey and we are away.
Filberts lovechild Posted 4 January 2008 Posted 4 January 2008 He sounds very promising, touch wood . I think we need some more midfielders in before the window closes though. What if he gets injured? We'll be back to square one. It could happen chaps, we've all seen the youtube vids of him posing in his cast
stevie909 Posted 4 January 2008 Posted 4 January 2008 just call him hossein kaebi and pop in the reserves.. thats unless he's, good, of course.
Asha Posted 4 January 2008 Posted 4 January 2008 Who? Adda Djeziri. Was on loan not long back. Might still be here, haven't noticed either way
WetFlannel Posted 4 January 2008 Posted 4 January 2008 Adda Djeziri. Was on loan not long back. Might still be here, haven't noticed either way Sarcasm
Bentex Posted 4 January 2008 Posted 4 January 2008 http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=ogkOmd0CB_M&...feature=relatedFook Laczko the music is great Also looking forward to some of these celebrations 1:10 is that him? He's in green? This is not Zsolti (Laczkó) this is a video I made back in 2005! I have a very popular site where I post my clips and many people take them and upload to youtube/dailymotion. Some guy uploaded it and put Laczko as the title. Here is a good place to find out a bit more about Laczkó and Bori from a Hungarian point of view. http://www.xtratime.org/forum/showthread.php?t=226234 There is a Fülöp Marci thread there. With info about the new signings http://www.xtratime.org/forum/showthread.p...871&page=38 Anyone remember that Hungarian guy that came on here? He said Bori was average but Zsolt was good? Sounds like an honest appraisal, and somewhat promising. Yes, that was me. You remember well
