Honcho, have you actually seen him play? :D I'm just curious because i'd say 99% of Leicester fans haven't if we dis-regard the 10 minute cameo against Watford given we only took just over a 1000 fans to both Hull & Ipswich.

I'll certainly reserve judgement when we sign players in future, like I have done with the Hungarians until I see them play. Because if signing a 21 year old who has already represented his country 56 times, played in the World Cup and done well, turns out to be a bad signing then there's something gone wrong along the way.

I know International Caps aren't the defining factor with whether a player is going to be any good or not, but you don't find many quality players not play for their countries along the way.

I haven't seen him play, but neither had the dozens of gushers dishing out the plaudits when we signed him.

I'm not doubting his ability in the right arena, but that arena doesn't seem to be the Championship.

I'm not having a pop at him, just the imbeciles insisting we should play him without any evidence to suggest he can cut the mustard at this level.

It's crazy talk at best and ignorance at worst!

Three full time managers and five caretaker managers have deemed him not good enough to play at this level. I think I'll go along with their judgement.

Can't argue with any of that.

bit like MM and MA really. lol. Lesson learned by them i think. Hence the hungarians came on trial.

I have never seen him play but was excited when he signed, was hard not to with all the Hype he came with. Unfortunately, it hasnt worked for whatever reason. Maybe struggled to adjust, maybe not given enough chances, maybe unfit, maybe unhappy, maybe just not good enough. Who knows! What we do know is he won't be playing again for us and will soon be playing somewhere else. Disapointing but hey lets move on!

Who gave him the big reputation in the first place?

.......oh that's right! Fvckwits on here who'd been playing too much FM 2007 and watching too many Youtube clips

So stand up fvckwits and take a bow

Why does everyone make a deal so much beacuse, of the youtube clips, youtube isnt fake, he did actually do those things that he did in REAL life!

50+ International Caps at 21 is still an achievement even if Iran aren't one of the top nations. The boy has talent, but it's just not worked out here. He isn't the first or the last to move country and it not work out, look at a host of big named players who have failed to live up to expectation.

Kaebi isn't crap, just like Tony Cottee wasn't crap when he failed in Malaysia or Robbie Keane in Milan.

good point ;)

The fact is he had some pedigree with that amount of International Caps at such a young age in addition to the numerous good press right ups. There was also plenty of over-exaggeration with those Youtube videos of him tackling a player, Figo I think lol but it was understandable for us fans to get excited at the thought of a foreign talent turning up to take the club forward. OK he has failed here but unlike Nielsen, Newton, Cort and the rest of the donkeys who have left or are leaving, Kaebi is one who we may regret didn't work out as he still has plenty of time ahead of him.

Those youtube clips were 2/3 minutes taken from maybe 5/10 hours of football. With clever editing anyone can be made to look good or bad, whichever suits the editor's purpose.

Fair point about the 2/3 minutes? so what, did the editor jus put kaebi's leg in those tackles and kaebi actually didn't? :) BTW thanks for making me laugh.

I think you are sad he may be leaving thracian :)

Not really. If he would have accepted the sort of wage he deserved as, in effect, an apprentice, I might have kept him for 12 months and tried to make a footballer of him. Challenges of that sort quite appeal to me.

Disappointing???

To me disappointing is losing a player of Fulops calibre not Kaebi's ;)

You're welcome, always eager to please.

The point I was making was that that tackle (which if I remember right would normally get you a red card) might have been his only tackle in the game. If you wanted to make Keabi look good you wouldn't show the 27 times Figo pissed all over him.

how do you know he was on a large wage?

didnt all the managers say that they wouldnt play him untill the language barrier had been solved. if he was given the rest of the season to fit in with lifestyle and play of english football e.g reserves or on loan sort out his english talking and give him a fair crack of the whip in the team next season he could be very well worth it.

Figo actually didn't get past him once never mind 27 times that game, i watched it. Cristiano only got past him once.

You really are doing your best impression of a firemans helmet today aren't ya?

Soon as Kaebi leaves the better.

He's not gunna succeed here face it.

He probably wasn't given a fair crack of the whip but thats football.

Contrary to what Thracian says being shuffled about in the reserves and then being expected to work miracles in the worst midfield (If it can be called a midfield that is) in our history isn't really going to help.

He wasn't bedded in properly thats past now though i hope he succeeds at his new club.

Its a bit of a shame if he goes because there was all the hype at the start of the season

about him being really good but Leicester have never gave him a chance. The only times

I can remember him playing was against Watford for 10 mintues and Ipswich for botu 45

minutes.

Kaebi got more chance in the first team than he ever deserved. The 55 minutes you mention plus the first half at Hull.

You just love putting him down, he won't play for us again so let it lye!!

I'm sure he will have a much better career than Gradel ;)

We have Bori now, let's get over it
