Koke Posted 24 February 2008 Posted 24 February 2008 Not when I looked. Yeah, the prices were sickening when I last checked. Or maybe I lack patience to find a good deal.
act smiley Posted 24 February 2008 Posted 24 February 2008 Advance singles via Birmingham, £17 each - returns for the same trip are ridiculously priced at all a bit over £50, but two singles are merely a little unreasonable. Pretty stupid that, to be honest.
Joe. Posted 24 February 2008 Posted 24 February 2008 Just booked the train for next week. Think we'll get beat comfortably here though to be honest

Head Honcho Posted 24 February 2008 Posted 24 February 2008 I'm buying my ticket tomorrow. Does anyone know if it'll be sent or will I have to pick it up on the day?
Daggers Posted 24 February 2008 Posted 24 February 2008 I'm buying my ticket tomorrow. Does anyone know if it'll be sent or will I have to pick it up on the day? Pretty sure it'll be posted with a whole week to go. They can give you a code so that if it doesn't arrive you can collect a replacement from Cardiff T.O.

Cheers A couple of guys that work for me want me to get them tickets too-but I've told them they'd be better off with their own kind!
Daggers Posted 24 February 2008 Posted 24 February 2008 Seat G 67 Seat? How old are you? Seats are for the aged, infirmed or terribly young. Lord knows how I'm going to stop my flask from being knocked over on the terrace but I am sure I will find a way...probably involving a Health and Safety officer and a few yards of dayglo tape.

Alexikokopops Posted 25 February 2008 Posted 25 February 2008 Bought my ticket today, lovely stuff. £30 for a return train from Cov too. Nearest pub to the station is The Prince of Wales it's a Weatherspoons but one of the better ones if there is such a thing Cardiff Bay has some decent pubs but by the time you get down there you'll only a time for a couple of pints! Fantastic. Me and Fez and Mablo will be arriving at half 11, lovely stuff.

act smiley Posted 25 February 2008 Posted 25 February 2008 My schedule for Saturday appears to be set up as: 10:30 - Get up. 10:45 - Leave. 11:00 - Greggs. 11:15 - Pub. Looking forward to this, the one match in the season that doesn't require a load of planning to get to for me.
Manwell Pablo Posted 25 February 2008 Posted 25 February 2008 When I've gone away this season we have not lost and have scored two or more goals in each occasion. Good omen. We'll lose 3-0 (Jimmy hat trick) now I've said that.
Head Honcho Posted 25 February 2008 Posted 25 February 2008 Nip into Wilko's before you get on the train and buy a couple of bunches of daffs (85p for a bunch of 10)and wear them with pride when you get off the train at Central Cardiff. I reckon it'd be a right laugh 20-30 Leicester City fans sat in The Prince of Wales pubs wearing daffs.
