Daggers Posted 26 March 2008 Posted 26 March 2008 Open goal. Ball hoofed 12 foot over. So, now you have a press release stating the bleeding obvious - what are you planning on doing about it? Deciding to buy otters noses is not an option.
gazzer Posted 26 March 2008 Posted 26 March 2008 Trust press release on ticket priceshttp://foxestrust.co.uk/site/index.php?opt...54&Itemid=2 This will be discussed on the Radio Leicester breakfast show just after 8am Thurs 27th "at 9 least months". Proof-read your press releases. Amateurs.
Matt Posted 26 March 2008 Posted 26 March 2008 And what are the consiquences? People moaning about the increase but still buying ST? Are you for or against a protest (Are you interested in arranging and spreading the word of a protest?), A Q & A session with Milan? Wow, You've stated the obvious...But what you gonna do about it?
Foxes_Trust Posted 26 March 2008 Author Posted 26 March 2008 "at 9 least months". Proof-read your press releases. Amateurs. Corrected now & it was proof read by more than one person - obviously brains played tricks and read it in the correct sequence when it wasn't.
Foxes_Trust Posted 26 March 2008 Author Posted 26 March 2008 And what are the consiquences?People moaning about the increase but still buying ST? From the feedback we are getting, a serious fall in Season Ticket sales and we are talking 1'000s not 100's
Daggers Posted 26 March 2008 Posted 26 March 2008 From the feedback we are getting, a serious fall in Season Ticket sales and we are talking 1'000s not 100's WHAT ARE YOU PLANNING ON DOING ABOUT IT?
Fez of Mahrez Posted 26 March 2008 Posted 26 March 2008 WHAT ARE YOU PLANNING ON DOING ABOUT IT? START SUPPORTING NORTHAMPTON INSTEAD. WHAT ABOUT YOU?
Daggers Posted 26 March 2008 Posted 26 March 2008 START SUPPORTING NORTHAMPTON INSTEAD. WHAT ABOUT YOU? fook YEA.
Daggers Posted 26 March 2008 Posted 26 March 2008 BTW... Northampton Town Football Club are delighted to announce that season ticket prices for young adult supporters have been reduced while season ticket prices for other categories of supporters will be frozen for the 2008/2009 season.
DanTheFoxBhoy Posted 26 March 2008 Posted 26 March 2008 Northampton v Leicester would be one of the more good natured local rivalries IMO. Northampton's got no cathedral Northampton's got no cathedral Nah nah nah nah HEY Nah nah nah nah HEY Doesn't scan well but you get the idea.

TECHNICALLY it has. It's just the wrong type... God I'm full of useless shit.
Matt Posted 27 March 2008 Posted 27 March 2008 From the feedback we are getting, a serious fall in Season Ticket sales and we are talking 1'000s not 100's Its one thing saying it, Doing it is another, I'm more than happy to say i'm not buying one next season, In my head i'm not but come renewal time i'll be getting one. I say most weeks "Fuk it, I'm not again"...I'm there the following week. And besides even if 1,000's do go ahead with what they say and not buy yes the club/Milan will be down on profits, e.t.c, but its too late then ticket prices have been set that cannot be reduced (i.e - People who have already bought a ST would be extremely unhappy if the club lowered prices to get extra people buying). Surly warning, and making it public knowledge by doing something about it would be the best option. Basically 1) I wanna let the overpaid bastard who we call "footballers" know how we feel and 2) Let Milan we're serious, He may set the prices but lets show him the consequences, not idle chit-chat like the players come out with after yet another loss.
The People's Hero Posted 28 March 2008 Posted 28 March 2008 It's a while since we've had a 'laugh at the FT' thread. What a waste of space they are. I might form the Leicester City Trust and pretend to be important, call all my posts press releases and start stating the bleeding obvious at every possible moment.

I think we should start by strongly suggesting to the club that they don't shoot any baby rabbits in the head with a shotgun next season, and take all the plaudits when they don't.

I wanna join aswell. We can sit around all day, doing nothing and claim that we do lots and get the piss taken out of us praised.

I would like to apply for the posistion of: Tea Ladyboy
The People's Hero Posted 28 March 2008 Posted 28 March 2008 I would like to apply for the posistion of: Tea Ladyboy Congratulations.. Your application has been successful. Ultra was technically better qualified for the role, being an actual ladyboy and all, but he makes awful tea, doesn't like flapjack and we don't want him in our little club. Strong, 1/2 sugar in mine.

Bloody supporters groups. You claim to speak on behalf of me and yet you are hell-bent on sucking every ounce of enjoyment I have out of the Saturday afternoon game. That was one the the new season ticket holder benefits that I was really looking forward to - now there is no reason for me to renew. Damn you both to hell.
The People's Hero Posted 28 March 2008 Posted 28 March 2008 Meanwhilst the LEICESTER CITY TRUST (100% responsible for saving LEICESTER CITY) would like to remind the members that their annual subscription fee is due. It's not cheap releasing embarrassing, mis-spelt press releases on a rickety old website whilst contantly to-and-fro-ing with the club itself to find out what their policy is so that we can copy it. Besides, we saved the club. Now fetch me another biscuit and remember how important I am.
