That would be a fantastic result for Jamie Cope if he can pull it off.

Joe Swail's not doing too badly either.

I've just looked at the scores, a few shocks could be on the cards.

Stephen Hendry is 6-3 down to Mark Allen, I never expected that one.

A good win for Neil Robertson earlier, Socceroofox will be happy. :giggle:

Not surprising really Hendry's been going down hill for the last couple of years whereas Mark Allen is a rising star who is progressing very quickly.

Todays order of play:-

Monday 21 April - order of play

1000:

Ryan Day (Wal) 5-4 Michael Judge (Ire)

Steve Davis (Eng) v Stuart Bingham (Eng)

1430:

Stephen Hendry (Sco) 3-6 Mark Allen (NI)

Mark Selby (Eng) v Mark King (Eng)

1900:

Steve Davis (Eng) v Stuart Bingham (Eng)

Mark Williams (Wal) v Mark Davis (Eng)

It's a shame Jamie Cope couldn't pull it off against Ebdon, I thought he played very well.

Shocking this morning. of the four players in the arena Ryan Day is the only one playing anything resembling good snooker. I would have turned off by now if I wasn't at work.

Averaging 35 minute frames at the moment

I can only put up with him as he's a Leicester lad, it's a shame he's from the Peter Ebdon school of snooker. I'd actually be quite interested to see how long a Selby Ebdon match lasted, you'd be guaranteed a half hours safety each frame. :giggle:

Should find out next match , they played each other in the semis last year I think

Has the Hendry match finished yet?

Yes he won 10-9. Allen only has himself to blame, had the chance to leave Hendry needing a snooker at 9-8 up, instead tried a ridiculously hard positional shot and missed the pot. Fair play to Stephen though, showed great determination considering his shaky form in the match.

I only saw the first frame of the Selby match but he played quality.

Mark Allen was very unlucky, he played well as well.

Steve Davis was loosing 8-3 against Stuart Bingham, won the last 4 frames to make it 8-7, good match. Mark Williams is winning 8-0 against Mark Davis :giggle:
