Good shout. He was a fine chairman, appointed good managers, and always backed his managers with any money he had. Was a City fan as well, so that helped.

Even if we do go down , I don't think Mandaric would walk out. If he could get us into the Premiership from League 1, in a relatively short amount of time, it would be his greatest achievement in football, and will leave a hero. That may not happen, but never say never. Anything can happen in football.
