Leicester's 12th Man Posted 16 May 2008 Posted 16 May 2008 Manchester City owner Thaksin Shinawatra has put the entire squad up for sale. (Daily Express) From BBC Sport He's a moron who knows nothing about the history of the club or the passion of supporting the football club, at least Milan is not as bad as this guy. I'm shocked at his actions
Tilley Posted 16 May 2008 Posted 16 May 2008 He has no idea about how to run a football club, & is it just me, or does he have one mighty big head!
Corky Posted 16 May 2008 Posted 16 May 2008 This man is a joke, a complete joke. City have got a good squad, ninth is an excellent finish for them. This bloke could ruin a great club with superb fans.
SamL Posted 16 May 2008 Posted 16 May 2008 The guy is a complete idiot. He really doesn't have a clue how to run a football club. If I was a player, I'd want to get out of there as quick as possible.
Tommy G Posted 16 May 2008 Posted 16 May 2008 He's mad, but you've got to laugh. I did when I saw the news, this man is crayzeeeee
Darkzzz_ Posted 16 May 2008 Posted 16 May 2008 fooking Hell!!! And some of our fans thought Mandy was bad!!! This guy is a lunatic.... pure madness....
Guest Posted 16 May 2008 Posted 16 May 2008 What a nobhead! I feel sorry for the City fans cos they've not had a bad season, and to lose a) the manager and b) have the players sold off who got them there absolutely sucks
Sods Posted 16 May 2008 Posted 16 May 2008 Dont believe everything you read guys. Hes mad but not that mad.
Simi Posted 16 May 2008 Posted 16 May 2008 Anyway. They made the Uefa cup. Now that is a joke. He's denied it anyway, thinking of suing the newspaper.
RedHux Posted 16 May 2008 Posted 16 May 2008 Apparently the're not for sale He's still a nutjob though.
Joinesy77 Posted 16 May 2008 Posted 16 May 2008 People like him that obviously know nothing about football should not be allowed to run football clubs. Football is a tradition and local in this country, not a global business as some clubs are becoming (United, Liverpool). Our football clubs should stay in this country and be aimed at our country, not foreign markets to make money.
Asha Posted 16 May 2008 Posted 16 May 2008 This doesn't just include the random foreigners bought in for millions, this includes the likes of Micah Richards and Michael Johnson - the future of the club. How they're going to bring in 20+ players of the same quality i don't know. They just won't. This highlights even more to the football world how bad a decision Sven leaving would be, because this Thai man knows absolute fook all about football.
AyewJoking Posted 16 May 2008 Posted 16 May 2008 Come on, at some point over the last few years you must have wished all our players were put on sale. No one would want them but thats not the point. Sinatra is new(ish) so I can understand the uproar but finally players are being treated like they would be if they had real jobs and didnt perform.
Floating Fox Posted 16 May 2008 Posted 16 May 2008 Its all bollocks anyway. As if he's that much a twat.

I think the uproar is more to do with the fact that they have performed.

But they have. If anything they have overperformed.
sdb Posted 18 May 2008 Posted 18 May 2008 yes he's a complete loon (and crook) and he's messing up a potentially huge club, but this story could be complete bull...it's the Daily Express after all
