He as played one game in central midfield against Stoke and did nothing, i was there, he looked lost, Ollie should never of played him. Yes, he could turn out to be a great young centre half but we dont know that yet, we will need to buy a replacement for McAuley thats for sure!

He's not a great player but he's solid. Over the last few years we've had so many players come through our doors and let us down and leave us with a bitter taste in our mouth that it's nice to say, thanks Gareth, thanks for trying, being decent and making us a few bob

If we played Stearman at centre half, Chambers would have to play at right back. If this was the case, what would happen if one of them got injured? We'd be back to square one. If Mcauley leaves, we have to sign a replacement simple as.
