SamL Posted 26 July 2008 Posted 26 July 2008 I'd definately like to see that idea at least tried before pre-season is over (Gradel and Adams in the same team). You'd need to play a decent holding midfielder if you were to play a 4-4-2 formation.

a_wanderer Posted 26 July 2008 Posted 26 July 2008 hi, just wanted to ask what's up with Tunchev? out of play for a 3rd game in a row now? and what's more interesting to me, noone seems to wonder why? :_) is he injured? in the threads for the previous two games i think i read some comments say he's 'rested', isn't that a bit too much of a rest for a new player that needs to mesh in with the others and is supposed to be pivotal in the back (even not taking into consideration how many goals City have conceded so far :_)) thanks to anyone in advance for clarifying :_)

Dyer would be the veteran of that midfield at 25/26.
