CKB Posted 8 August 2008 Posted 8 August 2008 i cant believe i just compared robbie savage to cristiano ronaldo! Neither can i!
Corky Posted 8 August 2008 Posted 8 August 2008 Neither can i! Savage wound up opposition players and fans in a way Ronaldo never could
Father Ted Posted 9 August 2008 Posted 9 August 2008 His arrival would surely see Clemence's departure. If you put it like that... Bring on Savage!
MikeyT Posted 9 August 2008 Posted 9 August 2008 If you put it like that...Bring on Savage! But Clemence might become a leg-end in League 1!
Thracian Posted 9 August 2008 Posted 9 August 2008 but isnt Clemence injured at the moment? At the moment? He seems to have been injured ever since he came here. I reckon he does all his training in Helmund Province. Unless it's all about the aftershock of relegation.
JoeyB Posted 9 August 2008 Posted 9 August 2008 Think someone said today they saw him at the walkers, this was when i was working outside the ticket office at 250, might be the person i was with miss hearing tho' he could of been at derby i dont know

dandannieldanok Posted 9 August 2008 Posted 9 August 2008 Think someone said today they saw him at the walkers, this was when i was working outside the ticket office at 250, might be the person i was with miss hearing tho' He gave away the free-kick that led to Donny's goal having come on as a sub 5 minutes previous, good old Robbie
JoeyB Posted 9 August 2008 Posted 9 August 2008 He played for Derby today. Oh right cheers ched, like isaid i wasnt 100% sure.
mmarkie Posted 9 August 2008 Posted 9 August 2008 I'd love to see him come to Leicester hopefully in time for the Stockport game on Tuesday. People are gonna hate me for saying that.

No one will hate you, everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but will certainly question why you want him, especially after today's performances both here and up at Pride Park.
Thracian Posted 9 August 2008 Posted 9 August 2008 No one will hate you, everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but will certainly question why you want him, especially after today's performances both here and up at Pride Park. You're right about everyone being entitled to their opinion but I shall hate him anyway where Savage is concerned.
smokey Posted 9 August 2008 Posted 9 August 2008 You're right about everyone being entitled to their opinion but I shall hate him anyway where Savage is concerned. Centre Midfield is fine, least of our worries, its fullback cover we need, Left Back being a priority!!
Vo Rogue Posted 10 August 2008 Posted 10 August 2008 Centre Midfield is fine, least of our worries, its fullback cover we need, Left Back being a priority!! Definately can see Weso and Clemence moving if he arrives.
mickydeeeuk Posted 10 August 2008 Posted 10 August 2008 i would welcome him back with open arms, couple of points tho ... do we really need him? considering the wages he would demand i think we could probably use the money to improve in other areas. the midfield seemed ok yesterday but just lacked a bit of 'bite' which i'm sure robbie would bring to the table, that said im sure that could be a role which Wezza could take on with no problem esp. in this league (why wasnt he in the squad yesterday, anybody know??) i can see from a marketing point of view why Milan might want him to come back but if he does not live up to expectations it could be a disaster! as the team looked together yesterday and seemed to have a good spirit, i would hate to see that disrupted! it is essential we are together... this season more than any other! On the other hand players like Savage could help to bond the lads even more if things work out! in summary, i havent got a clue! i just hope which ever way this turns out, it is for the good of the team! one thing i would say is that Pearson seems to be his own man, and we have to trust him, to do the right thing!
