I think it's known that I don't believe the official stories of either JFK , 911 or 7/7 and sometimes when I hear stuff like "Griffin is a holocaust denier" coupled with some sort of witch hunt against them I get a little uneasy .

He's probably wrong ( as maybe I am), but that's his right ( or should be) as it is for all of us .

It's never wrong to question authority about anything however outragious or unlikely .

If what they say is true, it should easily stand up to the cold light of scutiny,

Why the need to demonize anyone with alternative viewpoints or beliefs only raises suspicion

You're missing the point Zin.

I'm not advocating demonisation, much less any other terrible fate, for Griffin. I find Holocaust denial abhorrent. I find Islamic extremism abhorrent. My point was that so many call for the deportation of Islamic extremists because they don't like their views. I was playing devil's advocate by suggesting Griffin's deportation for the same reasons, and questioning the motives of those who would call for the deportation of Abu Hamza and Anjem Choudary but take Nick Griffin and Tommy Robinson's views as freedom of speech.

What's the difference? I would argue the BNP and EDL are as damaging to community cohesion and race relations as Islam4UK yet the founders of Islam4UK, whether you agree with this or not, are British and have a right to reside in the UK. They may hate everything the majority of decent British people stand for. They are unquestionably complete arseholes and Britain would be better off if the entire membership of Islamic extremist groups caught bubonic plague, but they're legally British and have the same rights as you, me and acooling.

No I think you're missing the point . Nick Griffin only has a viewpoint that you find abhorrent .the other chappies are being deported to face trial for more extreme crimes .

It isn't just a view point or a misunderstanding of history. For Griffin and his thugs to deny the holocaust is to enable them to sanitise Hitler and the Nazis as being not the bad guys we are all painting them. This then allows them to promote other aspects of national socialism which suit their warped agenda.

Aye, beat me to it.

It isn't mainstream politicians or historians denying the Holocaust. It is very hardline politicians and historians with a clear antisemitic or pro Nazi agenda who deny it ever happened. It isn't just the far right who do this either; Islamists and even some hardcore anti Zionists behave similarly to smear the Jewish people and by extension, Israel.

Holocaust denial is far, far more poisonous and loaded than claiming aliens landed at Roswell or JFK was shot from the Grassy Knoll.

Stop stealing acooling's quota.

I could argue til blue in the face with an imbecile like acooling but it won't change a thing. Just because you have zero imagination (and clearly and inferior complex over my capability of using the internet/computer), won't stop me posting exactly in what fashion I choose, the fact that I can argue a point doesn't mean I have to.

If you feel the need to denigrate someones argument by putting up juvenile pictures ( The child wearing the dunce cap ) then be prepared for adults to take you to task. I don't have a complex about your capability to use the internet/ computer , if you read my post in the first place I make it quite clear I do not have your standard of skills so that is a very poor comment to make , did it make you feel superior ?  :blink:

One thing I still don't understand is why are Asian , Afro Caribbean. Somalian etc who were born and live in England referred too as British and not English ? I never have nor ever will refer to myself as British because it is a meaningless title . If you notice on all official forms that ask your ethnicity there is never any mention of the race of people called English yet I live in a country called England we have a national football team called England , so why this official denial that we even exist ?

To disbelieve and question the official version of history is our still our right . That's the "only" relevant point.

The victor has always written history and the defeated gets written about and any dissent of this is met with this usual witch hunt and unshakable belief in the truth as you have been told .

What I'm suggesting is maybe things aren't as black and white as you believe.

History isn't all about the good guys beating the bad guys .

If the Nazis had have won , history would be a completely different story and no less biased.

I have to disagree there - I've visit a few museums and holocaust sites in Germany and the manner in which Adolf Hitler attempted to manufacture and change culture and history is quite incredible - After having works of literature confiscated and burnt - he then commissioned the re-telling and manufacture of information relating to history all the way down to childhood stories and folk lore. Whilst I recognise that the 'winners' of conflict write the history books which indoctrinate people for all ages, this truly was an incredible assault on rebranding cultural history. Anybody would think the man was on amphetamine and as a result psychotic.

Just to interject...

Justin Lee Collins. Anyone hear the tape recordings of him shouting at his (now ex) girlfriend? They played a couple on the radio earlier - the guy is a complete nutcase. There's possessive boyfriends and then there's JLC.

He's cnut, always though it was.

JLC reminds me of JLS as well, also a bunch of cnuts.

Had the misfortune of meeting them out in Vegas this summer, had to pretend to not know who they were around the pool so we didn't have to suffer their pleads for fame from anyone in the resort. Then they play billy big bollocks and play 5$ a hand on Blackjack.

Can I add 1 Direction  to the list, as they seem to be taking JLS's role of appearing on as many TV shows as Possible just to get air time :ph34r:

and yes i was getting to the point were i'd turn over as soon as JLS appeared on screen now i'm getting the same with 1D

:trumpet::whistle::frusty:

You really have to get some help to get over this obsession with me, like I've said, you know who I am, you know what I look like, I have no idea what even your name is.

Next time you see me, come and say hello and meet the person rather than making snidy comments on here and Twitter.

You are making out as though I constantly post on your twitter, and only post against anything you put on FT. You perhaps need to get a grip. I can make comments to and for whomever I choose. If you would prefer I explain why I think it's ironic I can do, but I'm pretty sure everyone else can work it out.
