I hope you mean mourinho is right??

Anyway... its just the usual case of im muslim and im a higher race to anything else on this planet so I will say what I like.

Yeh Mourinho.

I may also share this view

Yeah I really agree with you to be honest. He can be brilliant on his day but doesn't produce nowhere near enough. He may well go on and prove me wrong this season, but there are many players ahead of him in La Liga in my opinion.

And if you agree, then I know I'm right.

I hate you both

:)

I don't hate him, I think on his day he can be quality. Just doesn't do it enough for me. His missus and father in law do though.

Richard Keys fooked me off last night on the CL coverage and I am pleased Sven put him right. I hate Keys who is so conditioned by Sky to say every 5 minutes that the Premier League is the best league in the world. Every year when an Italian team plays he says the same old thing, are they a typical Italian side, blah blah blah. He obviously has no clue at all about Serie A as over the past few years it has been a goal glut out there and they have been more attacking than ever.

I personally enjoy serie A, I know not all of us do, I was just pleased to see somebody (Sven) actually say it how it is when it comes to the current Italian game.

Rant aimed at Richard Keys is over.

Aguero is class. Atletico have a very average central midfield and a poor defence and have done for a couple of seasons. Forlan, Aguero, Simao and Maxi carry the rest of the team and I think Simao's the most overrated of those four. Aguero has an incredible workrate, is skilful on the ball and is committed to the team. Players like him just suffer from being compared to Ronaldo and Messi at the moment. If you took Aguero out of Atletico's team, there's no way they would qualify for Europe. I haven't seen as much of him playing for Argentina as I have for Atletico but he seems to play as a central striker for Argentina which doesn't suit him as much as playing off a goalscorer like Forlan, in my opinion. Very similar to Rooney playing up front for England on his own when he was far more effective playing off a striker further forward.

I wouldn't put Aguero in the same bracket as Barcelona's attacking players or Ronaldo but he's as good as anyone playing in the Premiership with the possible exception of Torres. He's certainly comparable to Rooney and would prove that if he played for one of the big four here.

I'd like to see Rodrigo Palacio in a major European league for a Champions League quality team. Easily the most talented Argentinian (aside from Riquelme) to grace the domestic game over there in the past four or five years. Genoa have themselves a very good player.

Has signed for Genoa, no?

Ah, okay. Did you edit that or did I miss it the first time? :D

Given that Genoa finished fifth last year anyway, not far off. :P

I edited it quickly but you still got it in your quote. lol

Then I re-edited it to say that Genoa have got a tidy player on their hands.

Quick one on the Champions League draw. Looking forward to seeing Aguero make a mug of John Terry, just for LD3 that one.

One player to watch form Argentina though, is definately Eduardo Salvio of Lanus. Hopefully he doesn't do a Banega and move to Europe too soon.

Franco Zuculini as well, who's moved to Hoffenheim this summer, Maradona is a big admirer apparently.

I dont think Banega moved to soon.

Just to the wrong country.

Strikes me as very much the italian DM player, who could perhaps fit in in england too.

I have a feeling spain is a little too attack minded for him.

Could be wrong, just my observation.

In my opinion his style is more suited to that of Spain or Italy where the emphasis seems to be on slow, technical, passing build up alot of the time. Very similar player to Gago who's done well at Madrid after a shaky start, so he could flourish, I just feel that the move came too soon, and that the price tag was extortionate considering he'd only made a fistful of appearances for Boca. Valencia were a club in crisis at the time, and it just reeked of "panic buying the latest South American wonderkid" to keep the fan's off the manager / president's back.

Absolutely, valencia have always been reckless.

I hope he sorts himself out anyway, undoubtedly a talent...

Would of quite liked to see him on loan at everton but he decided on fighting for his place at valencia.

Good luck to the lad.

Is the Everton deal dead in the water then? I've not heard about this. Last I knew he'd been granted a work permit.
