I knocked out Brighton & Hove Albion 6-1 on Aggregate.

Leicester City will play Leeds United in the Johnstones Paint Trophy Final.

The game will be played at Wembley on Sunday 5th April 2009

How can you play Leeds if your both Northern?

Because Leicester were in the Southern Section I'm assuming.

Correct.

I've just secured a play off spot by March 7th 2009 :)

After I'm bored of my Leicester one, which won't be too soon, shall I start an Unemployed one, a game with Luton or go abroad?

March 10th 2009, Leicester City gain Promotion.

Man City

Why?

Just signed Akinfeev on a free,, but I had to pay 6 million compensation, so really I've just bought Akinfeev for 6 million, which is still good. :D:cool:

I started with Luton but not even got to the first game yet. Obviously they have no money but the wage budget is just about manageable and the squad they have is not too bad considering. An extreme challenge but not an impossible one.

QPR have lots of money and a reasonable starting squad if you want have a game to ease you into the championship.

Finally started a new game.

Luton. 8 Games and 15 points. Now only 4 points from Rotherham and 8 from Bournemouth. Still another 19 from Barnet who started on positive points.

This is actually mission impossible. But with the help from Fabio im getting there.

The game im currently playing is with Luton. It is very challenging, but still enjoyable.

So far i have picked up 23pts from the first 15games, still 15points from safety though!

Managed to get Spurs as a parent club, so have got a few loan signings from them aswell as snapping up a few freebies.

Will keep you posted

Make sure you have extracted the skin to

>> MyDocuments/SportsInteractive/FootballManager2009/Skins

Reload game, go on preferences and find the skin you want to choose and away you go.

Also make sure that you have Unticked Skin cache before you have reloaded your skin. sorry if you already know this

The other things like facepacks and logos have gone straight on no problems, but I tried another skin a while ago and that didn't work either  .

You havent extracted propely, when you open the folder it will come up with FLEX09, FLEX09R or RIGHT, copy these into your 'Skins Folder' then they should appear on football manager, any problems pm me for my email adress.
