Granno Posted 25 September 2008 Posted 25 September 2008 Bruno N'Gotty has today joined League One outfit Hereford United on a month's loan. The 37-year-old French centre-half has yet to make a first-team appearance for the Foxes this season and has therefore been allowed to go out on loan by manager Nigel Pearson. "At this stage of Bruno's career, he wants to be playing regular football and we cannot guarantee him that here at Leicester City, so it is best for both parties if he goes out on loan," said Pearson. N'Gotty has made 43 appearances for the Foxes since joining in June 2007 from Midlands neighbours Birmingham City. The experienced defender has also figured for Lyon, PSG, AC Milan, Marseille and Bolton Wanderers during his lengthy career. OS
dandannieldanok Posted 25 September 2008 Posted 25 September 2008 I doubt he'll ever play a first-team fixture for us again.
Guest Posted 25 September 2008 Posted 25 September 2008 Fair enough I think. Don't look like he's gonna get anywhere near the first team at the moment
Fox You Forest Posted 25 September 2008 Posted 25 September 2008 I wonder what percentage of his wage Hereford are paying 2%?
Granno Posted 25 September 2008 Author Posted 25 September 2008 It's worth keeping him fit for extreme backup, but as already said, I doubt he will be getting near the first team now.
Koke Posted 25 September 2008 Posted 25 September 2008 A team full of one less Bruno's And with Max injured, we've only got 3 Bruno's in the starting line-up. Shame.
Munzie Posted 25 September 2008 Posted 25 September 2008 And with Max injured, we've only got 3 Bruno's in the starting line-up. Shame. Quick, to the transfer market...they'll be in the minority soon!!
ousefox Posted 25 September 2008 Posted 25 September 2008 Didn't have a chance with the way the current defence are playing and the fact that kisnorbo is coming back from injury.
Joe. Posted 25 September 2008 Posted 25 September 2008 Hmmm, this was inevitable really. The only way we're going to properly shift him is when his contract's up...
breadandcheesebrother Posted 25 September 2008 Posted 25 September 2008 Hmmm, this was inevitable really. The only way we're going to properly shift him is when his contract's up... does anyone recall when his contract actually ends - was it a 2 yr or 3 yr deal?
Jimmy Posted 25 September 2008 Posted 25 September 2008 does anyone recall when his contract actually ends - was it a 2 yr or 3 yr deal? it ends at the end of the current season
Jonezy Posted 25 September 2008 Posted 25 September 2008 does anyone recall when his contract actually ends - was it a 2 yr or 3 yr deal? Pretty sure it was for 2 years. It better bloody be......
Corky Posted 25 September 2008 Posted 25 September 2008 46 games?!? We played 51 last season. N'Gotty must have missed more than five.
Anish Posted 25 September 2008 Posted 25 September 2008 I don't know why he's bothering. He's bound to retire when his contract is up and he doesn't need to prove himself to anyone. He should just take it easy and enjoy his freedom, 3/4 hours a day without working weekends and earning £thousands is a perfect job in my opinion.

He's waiting on Micky Adams to offer him a 3 year deal.
