anyone ever watched this sitcom when it was on ch4? i have season 1 and 2 on dvd and i have to say its one of the funniest programs ive ever seen, but strangely enough its never really been that succesful either in the states or over here. any other fans?

i've watched it when it has been shown on C4 friday nights. i think it is great, very clever and funny. i like the little sub plots they have running through every episode.

I loved the first series of Scrubs, went downhill a bit since then I think though.

Green Wing is ace though :D

I love Scrubs, not so much at first but I got into it a few months back.

Green Wing is excellent, can't wait for the new series.

A brilliant show that, along with Arrested Development, Seinfeld and for sheer longevity Friends, shows up programmes like My Family and various other BBC1 and ITV shitcoms as the wankfests that they are.

I'm not saying there are no good British sitcoms (2 Pints of Lager and a Packet of Crisps is not one of them).

It's the canned-laughter everything-building-up-to-a-predictable punchline vehicle-for-faded-star bollocks that I object to.
