Raj Posted 30 October 2008 Posted 30 October 2008 What happened with Gambhir and Katich?Didnt see the whole incident but from what I did see Katich seemed to obstruct the indian player. It does however seem to be a recurring theme in the Indian games recently where they get involved in some sort of controversy. Oh yes. Silly me its always the Indians' fault isnt it? I mean those Aussies are just fcuking saints arent they??? <_<

I even pointed out that I thought Katich was in the wrong this time! With the Indians, what I meant is it does seem they've got a couple of hot heads in their team now and its not something you would have seen from them say ten years ago.

Unlike Australia, they've got a pretty decent spin attack so they'll be looking to utilise that. If they can skittle the Aussies out cheaply, they'll be faviourites to win.

Its quite funny when a couple of em are taking the piss out each other. The latter set about describing the cricket ball to Sir Viv after he played and missed a few times.Sir Viv responded by smacking it for six and telling Thomas "you know what it looks like now go find it"....Legend!

When he's in form, he's arguably one of the best batsman in the world. Quality innings from him yesterday. Australia might just put India's impressive total under pressure, they're 233-2 at the moment.

Some of there antics in there personal life etc are quite dispicable!!! Your right there is a change form the team's before, Kumble rightfully addressed the matter, and stated that players his players should have more respect and learn to behave!!!!

The media in India isn't like the UK's, most party and events in India are very private, even to get near the car parks is alot of hassle!! They are all known for as they say 'gunda garri' and often break the law beyond the normal civilian, but hey in iIndia, as they say 'chalta hey'!!!

It looks like this one could go for a draw, woth India winning the series!! They reached 311-5 in the end, that's a pretty good effort. What with it being Ganguly's last Test Match, I'd like to see him reach 7000 runs. I think he's only about 122 runs off or something. Well done to Tendulkar who reached his 40th Test Century. I'm not particularly a fan of India, but it's always nice to see the Aussies lose.

Its not bad at all, but he's not going to take 8 wickets every time he bowls so he'll need to be a lot tighter if he's going to keep his place in the side.
