Things havent quite gone our way in the last three games but that's still promotion form right there.

We will have our ups and downs this season and if three draws in a row is causing this much panic then our fans need to take a long hard look at themselves.

Our football is of a League One quality, just like everyone else in League One.

The sooner you get that fact into your thick skull, the better.

Has anyone seriously called for Pearson's head? If so I've not read it and wouldn't particularly want to.

But the bloke is still starting to concern me. We've had dogmatic managers before, people who just refused to change their approach when things were clearly going wrong and people who just wouldn't deal with certain problems due to internal politics.

I just hope Pearson isn't another not so much because of results but the way he refuses to try anything different.

I agree with you. However, Pearson might not have had the belief that e.g. Adams could change the approach of the game by putting him in the middle. Maybe he feared that he would unsettle the players by changing the formation, which might have cost a point. While I agree in principle that a manager should take action in such situations, it is quite easy with the benefit of hindsight to question his decisions. As for Gradel and Dyer, I'm not sure we should expect much more of them.
