Yes, and after all that effort to keep him, branding him a brilliant player and key to Watford's chances, they sound very willing just to let him go now.

If i remember rightly he was in trouble with the police in the last couple of months!

Of course it would be great to have him as spare, but I can't imagine Watford sending him out on loan to sit on the bench. They'll probably seek assurances that he's going to play.
