Legend_in_blue Posted 10 January 2009 Share Posted 10 January 2009 2008 was a good year for gaming. There were some quality titles out there. MGS4, Fallout 3 to name just two. But for all of those decent titles, which ones didn't get the praise they deserved? I'll start the ball rolling. Dead Space on PS3/360 for starters. One of the best games I have ever played - absolutely superb and yet it got a pretty quiet launch. Second, Lost Odyssey on 360. Quality RPG, really good title, great story, great graphics, one of the best RPGs since FFX, no doubt. Can anybody suggest any others? As for titles which got way too much publicity, advertising etc etc, and were a complete let down - Far Cry2, Prince of Persia, Assassins Creed, The Last Remnant, Mirrors Edge, Rainbow 6 Vegas 2, the list goes on and on. The first and third were solid, the second was good but the difficulty was a touch easier. You can buy the fourth for £13 in town atm I think, do it!
