Corky Posted 5 February 2009 Posted 5 February 2009 I remember at Filbert St once in the family stand a chap ducked under a shot that was coming right at him but then the ball bounced off the back wall and hit him on the back of the head. That may've been my Dad. I think it hit him on the back though.
Dan Posted 5 February 2009 Posted 5 February 2009 I got hit in the face by 3 snowballs yesterday, fooking hurt but a laughs a laugh.
Guest Posted 5 February 2009 Posted 5 February 2009 David Connolly broke my Nans arm. There is a bit of information for you. David Connolly broke my little finger at Charlton. I was too busy watching the big screen. I broke my thumb after a wayward shot in the warm-up from some Coventry twat at Filbert St hit me in 2001. A & E thought Gavin Ward had broken my thumb, but it turned out to be severely sprained because I am a freak, or something.

Cat Burger Posted 5 February 2009 Posted 5 February 2009 When I was at a Wolves game the other year a firework hit me the face.

Scow Posted 5 February 2009 Posted 5 February 2009 Sod the warm up. Last season against Ipswich at home, I punched away a wayward shot from one our players to waste time (we were 2-0 up). Needless to say, I had the last larf.
Messi Posted 5 February 2009 Posted 5 February 2009 I Presume Dickovs Shirt was to wipe the Blood Away...Why else would she want it?

Floating Fox Posted 6 February 2009 Posted 6 February 2009 Feel sorry for her but if you're not looking while standing near the front, then...
Jordan Posted 6 February 2009 Posted 6 February 2009 Stick her in goal at the end of the season if Leicester wrap up promotion a bit early!
SOCCERROO FOX Posted 6 February 2009 Posted 6 February 2009 I know one slapper who cops not one but 2 balls in the face simultaniously on regular occasion.
Cat Burger Posted 6 February 2009 Posted 6 February 2009 Is that you? Yes that's me when I auditioned for a role in 28 days later.
stripeyfox Posted 6 February 2009 Posted 6 February 2009 I took a ball right in the mush many years ago watching a game at Meadow Lane between Notts County and Arsenal (back in the day when Notts were in the top flight). It was in the warm up and Paul Merson was taking shots at David Seaman. Merson tw@tted one and I saw it coming about a milisecond before it smashed me in the face giving me a nosebleed! It should be pointed out that far from being concerned, Merson and Seaman found it highly amusing and spent the next couple of minutes p1ssing themselves laughing and pointing at me much to the amusement of everyone around me!
badman_lcfc Posted 6 February 2009 Posted 6 February 2009 when dickov jumped over to see the woman I hit him with a snowball from about a yard away

Hahaha that's funny. Also quite shocking though cos I knew Merson was a cheeky pisser but I thought better of David
