Thracian Posted 14 February 2009 Posted 14 February 2009 We've got Logan too so we're hardly devoid of choices. Pearson didn't give the impression Martin was badly injured but if he's going to be out I hope he takes the time to get some proper boots with some proper studs. I've noticed it for several games now - he's forever losing his balance and even falling over when he kicks. It's frightening, expecially as he rarely kicks out of his hands but prefers to drop the ball and kick it directly off the turf. One of these days he'll slip and top it straight to an attacker.

maddog Posted 14 February 2009 Posted 14 February 2009 Pentney looked twice the keeper of Martin. 2 great saves, better kicking, he threw it out more and caught the ball confidently. Hopefully he will start Tuesday.
