Fosse Boy Posted 15 July 2009 Posted 15 July 2009 I'm guessing Posh are basing it on their late seventies kits. Stockport also tried to emulate Argentina by adopting their colours in the early eighties, but had to change their home kit for some mysterious reason in the final month of the 81/82 season. Can't think why...
JakeShingler Posted 15 July 2009 Posted 15 July 2009 Yes yes hot bird... now to the shirt... I think that gets the award for least matching kit in the world with the shorts and the shirt . And that is an Ancient Nike template. Coxy modeling the new cally kit... they seem to be treating him like quite the star signing. Im not on the umbro band wagon with everyone else but since they were taken over by nike they do appear to have become more inventive which is pleasing. Well its this years addidas template so yawn.... but not to bad with those colours Ok... Fuuuuuuuuuuuuckin el
StanSP Posted 16 July 2009 Posted 16 July 2009 Orlando Pirates. Guess who their kit is made by : Lyon full:

AjcW Posted 16 July 2009 Posted 16 July 2009 Portsmouth have reassured fans after the firm which makes its football shirts went bust earlier this week. Canterbury Europe Ltd has gone into administration with debts of £60m. But before the company went under it had completed the deal to manufacture all of Pompey's kit for both the team and as merchandise. Some have already been delivered, but the club is in talks with administrator KPMG Restructuring about retrieving the remainder of the shirts. The club is confident it will be able to get hold of the outstanding kit before the start of the coming season, and said 'no-one is going to lose out' as a result of the collapse. They will still bear the name and logo of the collapsed firm. Pompey spokesman Gary Double said: 'All the kit shirts have been already been manufactured. 'Some have been delivered but not all. There's no panic from this end, and we're talking to the administrators. Everything's been manufactured for the team and for the supporters, and no-one is going to lose out. The other thing we want to put on there is the shirt sponsor, and that's yet to be decided.' David Costley-Wood, partner at administrator KPMG, said the firm would continue to trade under administration while his firm tried to find a buyer for the business.
Mickey O'Neil Posted 17 July 2009 Posted 17 July 2009 Beaut. Not bad actually for Liverpool, one of the best adidas shirts imho I've seen for a long time. Liverpool have an atrocious record with away shirts. That silver or grey one was fukcing awful.

lavrentis Posted 17 July 2009 Posted 17 July 2009 £25 for the shirt n shorts! Lucky sods. One of the best shirts this year.
lildave3 Posted 17 July 2009 Posted 17 July 2009 £25 for the shirt n shorts! Lucky sods. That is hideous.
Guest Bilo Posted 17 July 2009 Posted 17 July 2009 J...O-MA-GOD! And we thought our away kit was bad.......... Just goes to show how well we've done with our home kit really. EDIT: Matey in the red kit looks ashamed. Who can blame him?
Bakey Posted 17 July 2009 Posted 17 July 2009 J...O-MA-GOD! Hideous, and that lad in the red knows it.
Finchy Posted 17 July 2009 Posted 17 July 2009 Well quite. Next time you complain about our beautiful away kit spare a thought for Getafe. Dear lord that can't be real? Do you think they are contractually obliged to lift their shirts when they score? Maybe we should have Bernie's face underneath ours.
lildave3 Posted 18 July 2009 Posted 18 July 2009 Fenerbahce ones are out on Wednesday, if they're anything like these i'll be disappointed.
