Basingstoke Fox Posted 14 April 2009 Posted 14 April 2009 From now on my Fifa/Football Manager team will be Cheltenham
Ultra Posted 14 April 2009 Posted 14 April 2009 Cheltenham are going down with a real fight.I can see them bouncing back next season. Depends on their financial situation. If Allen's able to build the team he wants, they'll be contenders..
Unit Posted 14 April 2009 Posted 14 April 2009 Seeing as our away games are sold out for the rest of season, anybody fancy a big trip to watch cheltenham?
BlueSi13 Posted 14 April 2009 Posted 14 April 2009 Sorry, wasn't I clear enough? They can survive, but they need the teams above them to lose pretty much every game they have left. If Cheltenham win all their remaining games they would finish on 47, meaning either Carlisle or Crewe would have to get nothing from their last three matches, while Northampton and Brighton win no more than one each, even though Northampton still have five games left. It's possible, and the fact that Cheltenham and Leicester both play Crewe makes it a target, albeit a distant one.Cheltenham! Well lets hope that the Robins can pull of an unlikely miracle, a win at Crewe to secure the championship and Chelts survival would be as good as it gets!!
Mickyblueeyes Posted 14 April 2009 Posted 14 April 2009 Chelts are staying up and crewe will replace them in the bottom four after we beat them on the last game of the season!!!
