AWOL Posted 16 March 2009 Posted 16 March 2009 Just from interest, why do you support Millwall, and why do you continue to support them through all the violence etc? I support Millwall because I'm from the area and my family has been supporting them since it's existance. Why I need to explain myself to you however, I don't know.
EnigmaticFox Posted 16 March 2009 Posted 16 March 2009 Thank you, at least someone on here with a bit of sense can see what I'm saying! (Shipman).I think it was James that asked whether I believe we have a "problem". No. Millwall is Millwall. Always has been, always will be. If you had even one scooby you'd know that the boys causing agg after the game were kids/wannabees. Not firm. We are always going to attract that sort. If ANY team wants it (which Leicester supposingly did) then you need to get to Rotherhithe/Bermondsey/Surrey Quays. Millwall was out in force Saturday for you mouthy sods but you never showed, which everyone expected anyway. It's all well and good giving it mouth and shouting "your not scary anymore" from the safety of a walkway and the entire met police force through one of Londons busiest stations. Clueless idiots. AWL if you are the face of modern football, I
AWOL Posted 16 March 2009 Posted 16 March 2009 AWL if you are the face of modern football, I Try again, third time lucky perhaps? :crylaugh:
Fosse Boy Posted 16 March 2009 Posted 16 March 2009 MIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIILLLLLLLLLLLLLL We do that so much better than them. :chant:
Fez of Mahrez Posted 16 March 2009 Posted 16 March 2009 If ANY team wants it (which Leicester supposingly did) then you need to get to Rotherhithe/Bermondsey/Surrey Quays. Millwall was out in force Saturday for you mouthy sods but you never showed, which everyone expected anyway. There always has to be a bit of this doesn't there? A lot of our fans have got the blinkers on with this one. As I said earlier in the thread, there won't be the same treatment dished out for Yeovil or Cheltenham. Just because a lot of fans have come down on Fox Travel or managed to train it there without any hassle, they've made out we're angelic. One look around that holding pen afterwards told you everything you needed to know about why the Millwall lot were waiting outside and why it took half the Met to get us back to the tube safely. The Leicester lot were there for all to see. And you should have stopped there. Quotes like the above just come across as utterly pathetic and I'd happily say the same of our own lot. This is an internet messageboard for discussing our team and I can't believe that the "Millwall firm" would bother with tiresome cheap shots like the above. If you want to have a fight with a bunch of our neanderthals, good luck to you. Foxestalk isn't exactly representative of the Baby Squad and we're happy for it to stay that way. All the true pride on Saturday came from our fans proud of another battling performance on the pitch, not from a bunch of South London skinheads because "the Leicester didn't show". To add as well, as Tommeh mentioned earlier, I thought it was all great fun. Couldn't be arsed with it every week but it was all very jolly as a one-off. Made us feel important when we got back to London Bridge.
davieG Posted 16 March 2009 Posted 16 March 2009 No you retard, the point the Millwall fan made was spot on. Leicester arent saints so what a few coins got thrown....if they picked up all the coins chucked at them from Pen 1 they could pay for there own police protection home. He was and is spot on. Thankfully most clubs and fans have moved on and shipped the Neanderthals out apparently Millwall haven't.

AOL – sorry, my pc is playing up. I was trying to say, that if you are the epitome of what a modern football fan is about, then thank go, I can’t get to many matches these days. All of your talk about firms, and any team ‘wanting it,’ or ‘being out in force,’ shows you up as someone who is conditioned into violence and is full of anger, with a very low self esteem too. If that is your idea of fun, to go and want to fight with fellow human beings. Just because they happen to support a different team to you, then I honestly pity you. You have every right of course to come on here, and give your opinion. But do respect that wee are passionate LFCC f ans. I respect you, and your team. Just leave out the macho man bits please, you just belittle yourself. By the way, I used to be an ever present at Filbert Street. I even remember a 6th round cup match at the old Den, in 1969, when we beat you 1- 0, on our way to Wembley.
Monk Posted 16 March 2009 Posted 16 March 2009 I support Millwall because I'm from the area and my family has been supporting them since it's existance. Why I need to explain myself to you however, I don't know. You can explain yourself because you come on here 'looking for a bit of banter' and I fail to see why someone would own up to supporting such a despicable organisation such as Millwall FC. Are you down with the BNP too? How about you get your arse back down the job centre and search for some meaning in your life?

You support Leicester City you fooking braindead moron. You have a history and element yourself. I have a job, probably earning more than you could ever imagine too.

I doubt you earn more than me, but that is totally irrelevant.

Monk Posted 16 March 2009 Posted 16 March 2009 That could mean anything. You missed the SH off the beginning of the job description. Surprised you can uphold such a role with the appalling spelling and grammar you have used in this thread.

Surprised you can uphold such a role with the appalling spelling and grammar you have upheld in this thread. Ahhh, not only a youngun but a grammar correcting youngun on an internet forum. I have wasted enough time here. Respect to Shipman who knows the score, as for the rest of you...I'd rather follow Rugby than be surrounded by happy clappy morons such as yourselves. Good luck in the Championship.

Shrenchel Posted 16 March 2009 Posted 16 March 2009 Boys this is getting embarassing, arguing about spelling and who earns more. Just let it go.
Katy Posted 16 March 2009 Posted 16 March 2009 HOORAY FOR FEZ Yes, and it's not gone unnoticed that AWOL hasn't dignified it with a response either after replying to others after. Is this because Fez is right by any chance?
