Shrenchel Posted 15 March 2009 Posted 15 March 2009 Cheeers mate. Really good goal. Pathetic highlights. Can't wait to get back to the dizzy heights of 'featured match' on the championship.
MC Prussian Posted 15 March 2009 Posted 15 March 2009 Blimey, that was short. Good thing I stayed outside and watched from the fences...
Corky Posted 15 March 2009 Posted 15 March 2009 Excellent strike by Howard. Just out of nothing, took the keeper by surprise. Wonderful coverage of our win too, we really are spoilt.
The Reverend Posted 15 March 2009 Posted 15 March 2009 Bloody brilliant from Steve. Took it down beautifully on his chest. Great finish. Cheers Davie.
Raj Posted 15 March 2009 Posted 15 March 2009 *Eat humble pie alert* Good goal by Fatty. Took it well. <_<

leftsideoverhere Posted 15 March 2009 Posted 15 March 2009 Blimey, that was short.Good thing I stayed outside and watched from the fences... Yeah, that was just one more bit of weirdness from an altogether weird club.

StanSP Posted 15 March 2009 Posted 15 March 2009 Cheeers mate. Really good goal. Pathetic highlights. Can't wait to get back to the dizzy heights of 'featured match' on the championship. Nope. BBC take over from next season. Show 10 Live matches throughout the season (I think) and they have highlights of the Championship. Lineker's gonna love us! But agreed on the pathetic highlights. 10 bloody seconds!

Lineker's gonna love us! But agreed on the pathetic highlights. 10 bloody seconds! Where are the Premiership highlights going to be? Also BBC or ITV? Will be so nice and refreshing to see decent coverage on the BBC, I still won't be expecting long highlights but I will be expecting longer and much better coverage than pisspoor ITV's coverage.
leftsideoverhere Posted 15 March 2009 Posted 15 March 2009 Anyone else enjoy the comment when they showed the league table - "and Leicester's lead at the top is now down to a mere 9 points". And before the games it was what, exactly, ****wit?
leftsideoverhere Posted 15 March 2009 Posted 15 March 2009 9 teams can now catch us - mathematically. Possibly, but did you notice Kenny Jackett's comments in yesterday's programme? "Our opponents today have had an exceptional season.. and look favourites to return to the Championship at the first attempt...we are in a good run of form ourselves... as we chase the automatic place still open for a number of sides." So it looks like he, at least, recognises that 'mathematically' and 'realistically' are a long way apart.

demon_dog Posted 15 March 2009 Posted 15 March 2009 To viewJuniors £1.50 Adults £2.80 / £2.70 (Members) Entrance via the turnstiles below I remember going through this entrance for my first ever game, if I recall it used to cost me 7s 6d. For those that don't recall pre decimalisation this equals 37.5 pence. Think when we went decimal the price became 50 pence Cheers Davie.

Trav Le Bleu Posted 15 March 2009 Posted 15 March 2009 That may be, but I won't be celebrating until it's a mathematical certainty!! Only 5 pts short of mathematical certainty of the play-offs!
leftsideoverhere Posted 15 March 2009 Posted 15 March 2009 That may be, but I won't be celebrating until it's a mathematical certainty!! I'm a quantum fan - I celebrate mathematical uncertainty.

Lineker's gonna love us! But agreed on the pathetic highlights. 10 bloody seconds! ah, but you aren't factoring in the 'Lineker Paradox' - which states that because Lineker is known to be a fan of Leicester we end up getting less coverage so as not to seem to be favouring us... furthermore, it is yet to be established whether this will be made worse by the unknown quantity which is the 'Bhasin Effect'. QED.

QED. Damn. Lineker, Stubbs and Bhasin all support City. Last of the highlights and no live match then . Nah, i actually think if one of the midlands club stay up i.e. Cov or Forest, then our match against them will be shown live.
