It should change things but I'd still steer clear of him if we're second choice for him. As Pearson said, we need players that are 100% committed to Leicester City, atm Cox appears anything but that.

I suppose if we use the chelsea example, Anelka has been reformed in his time there and has subsiquently found the net over and over again. Whereas Drogba is somewhat uncontrollable and his form has dipped while his attitude has become worse. Hopefully if we were to sign him it would go more the Anelka way, i suppose one advantage is he is still very young in football years.

He's a class player and I think we should make a bid for him. He's certainly not going to make the squad worse if he joined, and sooner or later, he WILL be a Premier League player- why not with us...? 12 months left on his contract, I reckon £2.5m would do it...

As soon as cox started faffing us about I did say lets not get drawn into auction with celtic and give this guy a go. The majority of comments were no or hes dirtyor got an attitude problem etc. I like the lad hes got something special about him. He maybe out of our price range, but what a coup it would be....just dont let him take penalties
