Bert Posted 25 April 2009 Posted 25 April 2009 Can't agree more with Frank, the presenter sounds a complete arrogant cunt. Link.
StanSP Posted 25 April 2009 Posted 25 April 2009 Can't agree more with Frank, the presenter sounds a complete arrogant cunt. Link. Agreed. Just read about this. No-one deserves to be told they are 'weak' and 'scum', especially after what Frank has been through (anniversary of mother's death, divorce etc...)
City Lad Posted 25 April 2009 Posted 25 April 2009 Can't agree more with Frank, the presenter sounds a complete arrogant ****. Link. Don't he just. Good on yer Frank.
dandannieldanok Posted 25 April 2009 Posted 25 April 2009 Glad he stood up for the truth, how the **** can that presenter call him "scum" when he hasn't got any clue about Frank's personal life.
Fosse Boy Posted 25 April 2009 Posted 25 April 2009 I know a chap called James O'Brien, he's nowhere near as much of a tool as this guy though. I'm not Lampard's biggest fan by any means but this willy puller's out of order.
James. Posted 25 April 2009 Posted 25 April 2009 Wouldn't be too bothered about the comments but the timing was ****ing awful.
Matt Posted 25 April 2009 Posted 25 April 2009 I don't like Frank Lampard but fair play to him for doing this, no-one deserves that. Can't believe its a year since his mother's death.

Did they not play West Ham at the same time as well? Remember he scored in a game and obviously dedicated it and pointed towards the skies in memory of her.
Uncle Albert Posted 25 April 2009 Posted 25 April 2009 Did they not play West Ham at the same time as well? Remember he scored in a game and obviously dedicated it and pointed towards the skies in memory of her. Liverpool I think in the Champions League after he scored a penalty I thought.
Guest Bilo Posted 25 April 2009 Posted 25 April 2009 I've never used this word on the forum before because I find it offensive. James O'Brien is a cunt. Well done Frank, you are 100% right here and you have my respect.
Bert Posted 25 April 2009 Author Posted 25 April 2009 He points to the sky every time he scores anyway doesn't he?
StanSP Posted 25 April 2009 Posted 25 April 2009 He points to the sky every time he scores anyway doesn't he? Think the one I meant was meant in a more emotional way as you could see he was nearly in tears as he went to celebrate, and he clutched the black armband on his sleeve too
lou Posted 25 April 2009 Posted 25 April 2009 Totally out of order this joker..... sadly though hes now had loads of publicity off all this, which hes probably loving the tosser! No one knows the full facts but Im sure he would always have his kids best interests at heart and to suggest otherwise is disgraceful. It obviously wasnt his wish to split - sounds like he just wants his family round him all the time. Poor bloke is going through enough without idiots like this.
Cat Burger Posted 25 April 2009 Posted 25 April 2009 Uncomfortable listening when he sounds like he's gonna cry. I've always been a Lampard fan, and I'm pretty bemused when people slag him off as a player and as a bloke. People split up all the time, it's hard enough to cope with death in the family without being in the public eye. Those girls are going to have sound and secure futures thanks to their dad, and all involved will get through this, especially his ex who is an absolute fox. He must be wondering why the fook he gets picked on so much with what else goes on in the football world. The same thing happened with Gary Lineker and his media reputation allowed him to get through with his repuation unscathed.
The Reverend Posted 25 April 2009 Posted 25 April 2009 I think a lot of people dont realise that this DJ is just doing it for publicity - he's slagged off one of the biggest footballers in the world, who has then personally called into his show to discuss the matter, and made headlines all over the country. He probably doesnt even agree with what he's spouting..but its got a reaction and thats what a no-mark DJ needs for publicity I bet he's loving it.

He could have 'got publicity' in another way.
