Matt Posted 3 May 2009 Posted 3 May 2009 I'm suffering too, mostly tiredness, but there are hangover effects aswell. Drinking since 9.30am Saturday morning, right through to 6am this morning, and i'm considering whether to go out tonight or not, I really wanna go out but don't think i'll last long at all, might go out about later than usual, and come home abit earlier,
AoWW Posted 3 May 2009 Posted 3 May 2009 Maybe we should all have group hugs with apposing fans before and after. This is lame! Did you get out of the wrong side of the bed today coz, being blunt, you've been a right miserable git.
lou Posted 3 May 2009 Posted 3 May 2009 Id prefer the friendly banter of yesterday to watchin supposed grown men kicking shit out of eachother.
Darkzzz_ Posted 3 May 2009 Posted 3 May 2009 Im drinking again! An absolute animal, no wonder that dog of yours isn't cared for properly... Did you get out of the wrong side of the bed today coz, being blunt, you've been a right miserable git. I can't believe I called you Mrs Daggers yesterday.
lou Posted 3 May 2009 Posted 3 May 2009 An absolute animal, no wonder that dog of yours isn't cared for properly... Dogs dead.......... bald cats are the future!
Brainy Posted 3 May 2009 Posted 3 May 2009 Did you get out of the wrong side of the bed today coz, being blunt, you've been a right miserable git. He seems to get out the wrong side most days.
Matt Posted 3 May 2009 Posted 3 May 2009 Just got myself a Vodka and Coke, test the water before I go out Don't think I can handle pints tonight TBH I had god knows how many Jagerbombs yesterday that couldn't have helped.
Darkzzz_ Posted 3 May 2009 Posted 3 May 2009 That doesn't surprise me Lou. Even though you kill dogs and shave cats, it was nice to meet you yesterday.
General Smuts Posted 3 May 2009 Posted 3 May 2009 Nathko, you were with Smuts yesterday weren't you? For the first half. I got fed up of being told to sit down and went to stand with C-Man, JME et al.
Darkzzz_ Posted 3 May 2009 Posted 3 May 2009 Nathko, you were with Smuts yesterday weren't you? That sounds very sexual and ok, he did look the part, but I honestly just stood with him and did nothing else. A few more and who knows.... I am guessing you were close to us?
purpleronnie Posted 3 May 2009 Posted 3 May 2009 I am a bit miserable today arent I . I just think after a long season a 'fun' pitch invasion is better than dressing up like batman and clapping the opposition. For me thats cringeworthy and its more reminiscent of a cricket or rugby crowd, I guess thats where its heading now in england, I dont like it but it seems i'm in the minority. And is probably one of the reasons I dont go to matches when I'm in england.

I am guessing you were close to us? Was quite near, yes. I was only a few seats from leftsideoverhere and son. And I saw Raj, was going to say hello but he walked off before I reached him.

Tilley Posted 3 May 2009 Posted 3 May 2009 I saw you outside the ground after the game Nathko. You were pottering around the post I was sat on, was going to say hello, but.. well, as you can see by the photos, I thought I'd save the introductions until I am dressed appropriately.

Thought the FT fancy dress was class yesterday, I didn't join in myself but I thought it was very appropriate for the end of the season. As for the Crewe fans, we met some cracking ones yesterday, I would much rather be having a friendly conversation with them than having my skull smashed in.

Thought they were great, especially the ones who stayed behind and applauded us (I know they waited for their own team, but still a good gesture), and the tannoy man was complimentary. Hope they bounce back, along with Cheltenham.

Should have said hello mate. Would have loved to meet Raj too. leftsideoverhere and son were outside afterwards, I did sing "left side over here" to him but I don't think he realised I was from the froum. Ahhhh... I wondered who hot stuff was and I was very tempted to come and chat you up.

He probably knew exactly who you were but had been warned to stay away from you!
Darkzzz_ Posted 3 May 2009 Posted 3 May 2009 He probably knew exactly who you were but had been warned to stay away from you! I am not that turned on by men dressed in a Jesters outfits. I am more of a pink wig man.
Katy Posted 3 May 2009 Posted 3 May 2009 Katy, get those pictures up on Facebook! I will love, not long home and will be too busy tomorrow. Tuesday definitely. Had a cracking day apart from the bollocks at Crewe station (damn you Lesley the ticket office 'woman') My St. Trinians outfit was ridiculous! The skirt kept riding up! Kudos to Lisa for being Lara Croft for the day, she looked ace. Massive laugh goes to Tilley for dressing as a bird - nice legs love Well, I shall miss this season. it's been totally brilliant. Nige needs to buy carefully now as, although Milan will probably want two successive promotions, sensibly it's not going to happen. We need to consolidate and then build, it's the only way forward. I just hope Milan has a bit more patience now than he's shown in the past couple of seasons.
lou Posted 3 May 2009 Posted 3 May 2009 What happened at the station? We got the train that went the long way round and stopped at every station taking an hour and a half to get to Nuneaton but had a load of West Ham fans for company after Stoke so they made it better!
lildave3 Posted 3 May 2009 Posted 3 May 2009 The Crewe fans indeed quality yesterday, depsite getting relegated they still sang, had fun, joined in with a mexican wave and even gave a Crewe shirt to Jobber! Very friendly outside after. And fancy dress was ace.

They were being relegated, I don't see how us running on their pitch and taunting them was going to help anything.
