Adrenaline and system shock would do a lot to save you from being eaten or burnt, I'd imagine? Not saying it wouldn't be gruesome still but it could be a little worse. The thought of suffocating makes me squirm.

She burnt to death (it made front page of the Mockery). I think her bf was in the RAF or summat. That's not on the list but that would get my vote. I voted pushed from a height (I didn't see buried alive ).
