StanSP Posted 10 June 2009 Posted 10 June 2009 5-0. Rooney (2), Gerrard, SWP and Defoe. Heskey looks like he'll be rested, along with Johnson and Beckham because they're one yellow away from suspension. Andorra have only scored 2 and let in 19. Should be a large scoring fest for England.
Uncle Albert Posted 10 June 2009 Posted 10 June 2009 I think this could be a San Marino Germany scoreline - yea I am going for a 9+ scoreline. I think England will go for a ruthless approach right from the off and wouldnt be surprised if it was 4/5-0 at half time. The pitch will be far to big for Andorra tonight and even if they do play 11 men on the edge of their box there will still be space because of how big the pitch is. I'll go for a Rooney trick, Heskey brace, Beckham, Gerrard, Lampard and Walcott.
Mikey Posted 10 June 2009 Posted 10 June 2009 I think England 6-0 Andorra. Rooney 2, Lampard, Gerrard, Terry and Heskey.
Big Ol' Bob Posted 10 June 2009 Posted 10 June 2009 Green, G.Neville, Terry, Upson, A.Cole, Milner, Lampard, Gerrard, A.Young, C.Cole and Defoe. That would be my line up, a solid and experienced defence, two world class midfielders, A.Young and Milner both given a chance on the wings and Cole and Defoe would be a good strike partnership imo. Will never happen though.
StanSP Posted 10 June 2009 Posted 10 June 2009 I'd swap C.Cole for Rooney and Milner for SWP then swap wings. WOuldn't mind that otherwise

So I cant see there being a place tonight for Cole, Milner or Ashley Young. Green Neville Terry Upson ColeBeckham Gerrard Lampard WalcottHeskey Rooney Neville to come in for Johnson because he is a card away from suspension and Beckham to come in for Barry and go 4-4-2 - I don't think Capello would be to bothered about Beckham picking up a booking to be honest. No need to play a 'holding midfielder' as such tonight so let Gerrard and Lampard do whatever they like I would say.
ACF Posted 10 June 2009 Posted 10 June 2009 33-0, beat the record set by Australia against American Samoa. Rooney x15, the rest of the team to score a couple each, even Green.
Bert Posted 10 June 2009 Posted 10 June 2009 One could extrapolate from this that if Andorra's population were the same as England's almost 80,000 Andorrans would have travelled to Baku. Of course, your blind obseession with this moronic England cult prevents you from seeing exactly what Andorra is - an onshore tax haven in the Pyrenees that is smaller than any English county except Rutland. At the same time your stupid obsession allows you to view the upcoming mismatch in much the same way as you would view a game against Brazil. Of course you are not alone in this idiocy. Over 70,000 (NB a crowd significantly greater than the entire population of Andorra) of your similarly deluded countryman will trudge through north London salivating over the prospect of defeating a team of butchers, bakers and candlestick makers. And why? Because you cannot beat a quality side, you play with a hideous style and you will never ever win a major tournament. Winning the World Cup is nothing compared to beating Andorra away eh Leicester Rule? I forgot we've never won the world cup. More chance of winning something than you.
samlcfc Posted 10 June 2009 Posted 10 June 2009 33-0, beat the record set by Australia against American Samoa.Rooney x15, the rest of the team to score a couple each, even Green. the highlights for that game are well funny. They shoot from kickoff at one point and the keeper parries it
Asha Posted 10 June 2009 Author Posted 10 June 2009 I think 7 or 8 would be par in all honestly, realistically this could be double figures.
Libertine Posted 10 June 2009 Posted 10 June 2009 I think some of you are going to be a bit disappointed. Sure it won't be more than 6 anyway.
Mikey Posted 10 June 2009 Posted 10 June 2009 I think some of you are going to be a bit disappointed. Sure it won't be more than 6 anyway. We always seem to struggle in the first half against these 'lesser' teams which hinders us getting a massive result. So I think today could go either way, if we only score 1 or 2 in the first half it will be no more than 5. But if we get a couple of early goals, it could well be 8+.
General Smuts Posted 10 June 2009 Posted 10 June 2009 I think some of you are going to be a bit disappointed. Sure it won't be more than 6 anyway. I'd be shocked if it was anywhere near 5 tbh.
Libertine Posted 10 June 2009 Posted 10 June 2009 I'd be shocked if it was anywhere near 5 tbh. Same.
Granno Posted 10 June 2009 Posted 10 June 2009 Kazakhstan hammered these, Belarus hammered these... So England will make a hash of it and scrape a 1-0 win
Fox You Forest Posted 10 June 2009 Posted 10 June 2009 5-0. I don't think there is any chance of it going to double figures, would be great though.
