I'm pretty certain that we never had a brown kit in my lifetime. I think Cov did though.

Nosowicz Posted 24 June 2009 Author Posted 24 June 2009 We had an awful 2nd Kit which was brown and maybe striped and we lost almost every game we played in it I know I am not imagining things and it was in the early-mid 80's Someone must remember - it was awful/shocking/terrible/never ever ever to be worn again I would just like to show others how awful it was

Cropwellfox Posted 24 June 2009 Posted 24 June 2009 One of my earliest LCFC memories is that I'm sure I can remember the wondeful Mockery ran a campaign to have the green and yellow shirt scrapped after a typically abject defeat wearing it. Headline said Green, Yellow, Stop or something dramatic. Journalism at its best..... The year after we had the red away kit instead. As I remember it didn't really help the away form much though !!!
