Hi all im a newbie to this forum but have been a Foxes fan for almost 30 years,I was born n bred in Leicester and went to my first game when the likes of Tommy Williams and Ian Wilson were sporting the blue and white.I Sadly dont live in Leicester/shire anymore and with my ill health can very rarely travel to many games.Yet i never miss a game either be it on radio tv or net feed.I hope i can add some worth to the forums and will be happy to speak to 1 and all.So good to meet you all and c'mon you Foxes.

Hello folks,

PaulMccartneysLoveChild here, a new member.

Im from Scotland, and I'm a Motherwell fan. Its very common to be asked who your English team are. My answer is Leicester City. Most folk will answer with either Chelsea, Arsenal, Man Utd, Man City or Liverpool. Beause they are ass holes. However I choose Leicester, i studied my MSc. at De Montfort Uni, this is my tie with Leicester.

Paul McCartney's love child  Are you a Beatles fan then? I am (a massive fan), but John Lennon is my favourite Beatle, and my hero.

I am indeed; the band are phenomenal.

I like Macca a tiny bit more than Lennon, but love them all. Seeing McCartney in Manchester in a month or so, £106 the bastard took from me for it!

I'd love to see him live. I know the price was expensive because I looked but at the end of the day; its McCartney you are going to see!! Enjoy it.

And, welcome to FoxesTalk.

Yeah, i saw him at Hampden last year, the day after my stag do! It was sureal, unfortunately i was still drunk so didnt absorb it all. Believe it or not I had to leave before the show finished due to the need to take a dump. I was walking out the stadium and he kicked into Daytripper, madness. Couldnt believe i was leaving, but i was bursting.

Anyway, cheers, lets hope the team get a good result against Palace.

Hello and welcome to Foxestalk.co.uk

Please use this thread to say hello and introduce yourself.

:welcome:

I thought it was about time I joined you guys. I go to occasional matches. I've been going to them since 1961 when I was taken to my first game. I guess that makes me a fan. Actually, what really makes me a fan is that a bad City result on Sat'day ruins my weekend.

Hello. I am DJ willy puller and I have been watching LCFC for 30 years.

A Liverpool fan as a kid but saw the light circa 1989 during our glory years under Pleat

Only seemed right to support my hometown club.

Hi, and a warm welcome.

I was introduced to Leicester city in the 1960/61 season, away at Spurs. We won.
