Flynny Posted 6 August 2009 Posted 6 August 2009 Weale Morisson - Hobbs - Tunchev - BernerOakley - King - Wellens - GradelFryatt - Howard
David Guiza Posted 6 August 2009 Posted 6 August 2009 I can't see if being any different to the team that started against Valladolid other then Fryatt for N'Guessan.
leicesterseddon Posted 6 August 2009 Posted 6 August 2009 Would like: Weale Morrison Tunchev (may not be fit) Hobbs Mattock Oakley Wellens King N'Guessen Howard Fryatt (may not be fit) Brown is the natural replacement for Tunchev if he can't start. If Fryatt doesn't start, I'd rather see N'Guessen play up front with Howard (Dyer on the left) than start the opening game with Dickov. That's just too depressing to contemplate...
foxoffderby Posted 6 August 2009 Posted 6 August 2009 Weale Morrison Brown Hobbs Berner Oakley Wellens King Dyer Howard Fryatt Bench Logan Mattock N'Guessan Dickov Tunchev Adams Gradel
CosbehFox Posted 6 August 2009 Posted 6 August 2009 WealeMorrison Hobbs Brown Berner Oakley Wellens King Dyer Howard Fryatt Subs- Logan N'Guessan Dickov Gradel Tunchev Mattock Adams This. Although I'd be considering dropping King and putting Adams on the right. Id personally like Fryatt to bench it and come on for the last 30 mins. You play him as long as he can last and then put on N'guessan who is quick and strong - his impact would be higher against tiring defenders rather than Fryatt coming on.
THEfox Posted 6 August 2009 Posted 6 August 2009 Weale Morrison Hobbs Tunchev Mattock Gradel Wellens Oakley Dyer N'Guessan Howard Subs: Logan Fryatt Adams Brown Berner King Dickov/Waghorn (if signed in time) If Fryatt is 100% would defo stick him in ahead of N'Guessan but as we've seen in the past a not 100% Fryatt is no good to anyone
Daggers Posted 6 August 2009 Posted 6 August 2009 The fact that people are putting Dickov in their 'squad' screams at the ridiculous nature of the real squad and/or their stupidity. Who in their right ****ing mind, who has seen him all of last season, can seriously think he offers us anything whatsoever? Even as a sub?
maddog Posted 6 August 2009 Posted 6 August 2009 The fact that people are putting Dickov in their 'squad' screams at the ridiculous nature of the real squad and/or their stupidity.Who in their right ****ing mind, who has seen him all of last season, can seriously think he offers us anything whatsoever? Even as a sub? Our squad is too thin to have anyone else on the bench especially with 7 subs. Plus our lack of strikers means Dickov however shitty striker he is needs to be on the bench. He did score a crucial equalising goal once last season when he came on, maybe now his back is better he may be better.

Even as a sub? Exactly, tell me how a 37 year old who is years past it can be more affective off the bench than a young pacey forward? Surely if you want to bring on someone to make it hard for tired defenders you bring on a fast forward? We definately need 2 new strikers no matter what.

Yes but we don't have a young pacy forward yet. We only have Fryatt/Howard/Dickov/Chambers And DJ, easily the best option after Fryatt and Howard ousted.

lou Posted 6 August 2009 Posted 6 August 2009 I wouldnt even have Dickov serving the Hot Dogs to be quite frank
Daggers Posted 6 August 2009 Posted 6 August 2009 I wouldnt even have Dickov serving the Hot Dogs to be quite frank But I want to be Frank - it's the only impersonation I can do.

Tilley Posted 6 August 2009 Posted 6 August 2009 10/10 for effort but Nielson is suspended. I didn't want to tell him.

dypatel06 Posted 6 August 2009 Posted 6 August 2009 Weale Brown Hobbs Tunchev Mattock Dyer Wellens Oakley © King Fryatt Howard Subs:: Logan Morrison Berner Gradel Verma [if Still Here] NGuessan Dickov
Edmund Posted 6 August 2009 Posted 6 August 2009 I see a lot of people have Fryatt, I doubt he will start as he said he is behind match fitness. Ive got a feeling N'Guessan will start up front with Howard.
Wycombe Fox Posted 6 August 2009 Posted 6 August 2009 Would you still expect Mattock to play a part following his transfer request and given that NP seems pretty p*ssed off about it?
