Simi Posted 8 September 2009 Posted 8 September 2009 Row FF Seat 66.Bit of a problem though, long story so bear with me. When I originally put in the pre-order in July, I thought I'd need Fox Travel as I had no idea how to get to Watford having never been before. Then Lou kindly offered a lift so I decided to cancel my FT, but left it till I moved back to Leicester and cancelled it on Friday as I read Priority 3 tickets weren't released till the following Wednesday (i.e. tomorrow). Turns out they'd processed my order on Friday morning and sent the match ticket and travel ticket to my home address in Lincolnshire before I'd had a chance to inform the TO of my change of address and cancellation. What I'd like to know is, would I be able to get a refund under the circumstances? Yes.
Guest Bilo Posted 8 September 2009 Posted 8 September 2009 Yes. A short answer to a bloody long winded question! Thanks, wasn't sure if travel was refundable.
