Will be very harsh on Hughes if he gets the sack. Only a few points off the top four with a game in hand on a few teams and have only lost two games all season (Man Utd and Tottenham).

Yes money has been spent but all the players they brought in were bought at inflated prices and it takes time for teams to gel.

Changing manager is not the answer.

Yeah just saw that on FF - Dead man walking if ever I saw one. Shame, he is one of football's last remaing nice guys.

I think Le Tissier had it right when he said on Soccer Saturday that it shows a lack of class from Man City's owners/chief exec to fly Mancini in to Eastlands and leak Hughes's sacking whilst the game's being played.

omg I thought I was early out with a new thread about this, which rightly got axed. I derive out of this, forums are too complex for me. I am too old for this internet phenomenon, much like Sven is for top level management. Good luck Mancini.
