If Joe Hart keeps this up he'll be England's number one come South Africa.

He'll certainly be on the plane if he keeps it up.

Man City were only good once they scored their first goal.

Which coincided with Mancinis tactical change to 442

Yes, he has certainly been impressive.

But, I thought he would be, he is a good goalkeeper and Birmingham have probably made one of the 'signings of the season'.

I would like to see him in the England squad.

Anyone think Stephen Ireland looks a bit like Chris Eagles?

That was my observation from watching MOTD last night.

Really bad snow at Villa Park at the moment falling

Getting my stream set up, should be a cracker!

you got a link to that please mate?

Currently watching Villa, it is bad snow and Birmingham is what... 1hour and 30minutes from my home, but its raining here.

Liverpool passing abit well but don't look that good. I think this match has told me that Johnson is rubbish.. 17million haha. Laughable.

A couple of chances for Villa, Agbonlahor and Carew but two lets off in 30 seconds for Liverpool.

I wish they had more scousers, then they might be a little more passionate.

Elsewhere, Bolton 1-0 Hull: Klasnic.

Thieving scousers.

Robbery.

Wasn't robbery at all. They had the better of the game, easily.

Villa were slow and didn't look up for it at all, which suprised me, especially Carew lol. The difference between these teams is players like Torres, the players that can change games in an instant.

lol the amount of Liverpool related status on Facebook .... cant remember there being many when Pompey and many others beat them !!

I'll be delighted if both Hull and Bolton drop so a point does me fine.

Disappointed Liverpool won though. It disatisfies my perverse love for 'big four' failure.

Quality strike from Torres.

It's always the mark of a great striker - to do jack for 90 minutes and then put away the one clear chance they get.

VIlla looked nervous after their battering at the Emirates. I suspect MON would have settled for a 0-0.

But as of now, Man City look favourites for 4th place.

In the last 2 days, Man City, Spurs, Villa and Liverpool have all been shown on Sky. And although they were up against easier opposition, the former 2 definitely look better than the latter 2.

Liverpool will make the top 4.

As every year, teams such as Spurs, Villa, Manchester City, will somehow fade away, because at the end of the day, they don't have enough quality like Liverpool.

I'm not sure this is true this year. Spurs and Man City have quality too this season and Liverpool have no depth in squad and no money. If Torres sprains his ankle or Gerrard get's, 'man - flu' it's the Uefa Cup all the way..........

I think the tide has been trying to turn without success for the last few seasons - I see things more likely to change this season than in the past.

I can't see past Chelsea winning as I don't think Man U will have the goals in them but they will miss Drogba over the next month.

I'll go for:

1. Chelsea

2. Man U

3. Arsenal

4. Man City

5. Liverpool

6. Spurs

I'm looking forward to seeing Mancini's January transfer dealings because I think he has a good shot at fourth.
