StanSP Posted 18 August 2009 Posted 18 August 2009 Tough game. They'll be tough to break down too. But COME ON CITY!!!
Dezzee Rascal Posted 18 August 2009 Posted 18 August 2009 C'mon Leicester! You have the sensible majority of the Sheffield populace backing you tonight. We're all Foxes Aren't We? (For tonight anyway) All the very best from Sheffield Wednesday
Father Ted Posted 18 August 2009 Posted 18 August 2009 COME ON CITY!! SOOPER STEVE WILL SMASH MORGAN TO BITS!
Durnerz Posted 18 August 2009 Posted 18 August 2009 Gutted i'm not going to this but really hope the boys can keep up our good start to the season.
leftsideoverhere Posted 18 August 2009 Posted 18 August 2009 Struggling from my swine flu sick bed for this one - hope no-one is sitting next to me! Just about to set off. C'mon City.
Thracian Posted 18 August 2009 Posted 18 August 2009 I can't see us being too bothered about chasing more than a point at any away game this season judging by our shutting up shop after 70-odd minutes against that marauding Ipswich side on Saturday. And given the way the Blades diced us into pieces in the first 15 minutes of our last encounter at Bramall Lane I just hope the contest lasts long enough for the travelling fans to settle in their seats. Remembering our trip to Rotherham too, if Leicester keep another clean sheet I shall be pleased whatever the result. Nil-nil certainly wouldn't upset me - cos I won't be there to watch so it won't really matter to me if the tactics are negative or not.
cecchini Posted 18 August 2009 Posted 18 August 2009 Agreed Thracian however GOT FOR IT CITY! Blue Army, Blue army, Blue army, Blue Army, Blue army, Blue army, Blue Army, Blue army, Blue army, Blue Army, Blue army, Blue army, Blue Army, Blue army, Blue army, Blue Army, Blue army, Blue army, :scarf: :chant: :chant: :scarf:

Pretty even game overall I thought against Ipswich with use having quite a few chances. They were the better side into the second half and bringing King on for n'Gessan is hardly 'Shuting up shop' IMO.
Wycombe Fox Posted 18 August 2009 Posted 18 August 2009 I'd be happy with a draw tonight. On paper, before the season started, I thought we had a tough start and could easily have been on 0 points after three games. We acquitted ourselves very well away at Ipswich, didn't look out of place and could have taken all 3 points.
Libertine Posted 18 August 2009 Posted 18 August 2009 Definately a game we can win. C'mon Citeh Really?
lavrentis Posted 18 August 2009 Posted 18 August 2009 No point going into a game wanting to get a draw. Always should go for the win. Come on Leicester.
Wycombe Fox Posted 18 August 2009 Posted 18 August 2009 No point going into a game wanting to get a draw. Always should go for the win. Come on Leicester. Definitely.
flanimal Posted 18 August 2009 Posted 18 August 2009 Sheffield United are an alright team, but I don't think there's any player there we need to fear too much. Man for man, we can grind out a point for sure, and if they play well, we can snatch a win. Happy with a point though.
Wycombe Fox Posted 18 August 2009 Posted 18 August 2009 Weale Neilson Hobbs Brown Berner N'Guessan Oakley Wellens Adams Howard Fryatt Subs; Logan, Morrison, Waghorn, Dyer, King, Dickov, Tunchev
Durnerz Posted 18 August 2009 Posted 18 August 2009 Adams has earned his chance, hope he produces the goods tonight, Dyers not impressed me since halfway through last season.
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 18 August 2009 Posted 18 August 2009 Fryatt must be fairly fit then! Hope Adams does well even though, I am usually a Dyer fan.
