That and Nigel's unoubted ability to get people playing, and you have a recipe perfect for a failed prem striker to drop down and restore some confidence. Not a bad plan. Spot on. Both Nugent and Healy need to reignite their careers and would have a real point to prove. Both are proven at this level and their personal hunger coupled with the self-belief that Pearson instills into his players would make either a good buy.

As for how much someone will except, well we paid 1.6m for the dud, I'd happily see the twat walk away for 300k and us saving 50% of his salary.
