Guest Posted 16 September 2009 Posted 16 September 2009 I hope we don't take 5000. Gonna be a shit atmosphere. True
Granno Posted 16 September 2009 Posted 16 September 2009 MK Dons last season reminded me very much of every single Leicester v Cov away game. Totally, all the ****** were out in force for that one.
Simi Posted 16 September 2009 Posted 16 September 2009 Totally, all the ****** were out in force for that one. As they will be for this one, sadly.
Granno Posted 16 September 2009 Posted 16 September 2009 I've never been to the Ricoh before, looks like it's gonna be a good one <_<
Tommeh Posted 16 September 2009 Posted 16 September 2009 The list of things I'd rather do than attend this really do make Thracians post match reports look short.

Darkzzz_ Posted 17 September 2009 Posted 17 September 2009 Fooking hate the place. Really hate it. Need to see us win this time round though after the last shocking visit!
Fosse Boy Posted 17 September 2009 Posted 17 September 2009 Last cricket match of the season in sub-Antarctic temparatures > This fixture.
Shrenchel Posted 17 September 2009 Posted 17 September 2009 It's a shame to relinquish one of our derbies to the flask paedos and the mongy families but there's no way I'm putting myself through this again.
LCFC-ARAB Posted 17 September 2009 Posted 17 September 2009 It's a shame to relinquish one of our derbies to the flask paedos and the mongy families but there's no way I'm putting myself through this again. It hurts doesn't it? Next will be Derby away, and then Forest.....
Katy Posted 17 September 2009 Posted 17 September 2009 I can't say I'm looking forward to this one. I may just be too Fifa'd out to attend.
Sir Fynwy Posted 17 September 2009 Posted 17 September 2009 I was looking forward to not going to this one but have been told I am going with the brother in-law. Can't be bothered with them even though most of my family are cov fans.
Guest Bilo Posted 17 September 2009 Posted 17 September 2009 Not a lot of love for Cov away. Hmmm, at least it'll be a cheap away day. <_<
RowlattsFox Posted 17 September 2009 Posted 17 September 2009 Will no doubt be shit, will still be there though.
nuneatonfox Posted 17 September 2009 Posted 17 September 2009 Apparently the police are organising a free coach from Leicester To Coventry, Stoping at Walkers Stadium, Wigston, Earl Shilton, Barwell, Hinckley, Nuneaton & The Ricoh Arena to stop trouble. But it's just a rumour

But it's just a rumour Who'd be stupid enough to use a coach organised by the police, it is well documented that they hate football fans (see use of section 27 orders), the coach would probably go for a nice 3 hour round trip in the leicestershire countryside and drop you back at the walkers.
Uncle Albert Posted 18 September 2009 Posted 18 September 2009 Rumour has it that I may make attend my first League away game since Stoke in 2007.

But it's just a rumour Well they can screw off. What about all the 'hooligans' who are not from Leicester? How do they propose to control them? If the police and stewards stopped treating every single football supporter like an utter scumbag, then they may have an easier time on a Saturday afternoon.

The police would probably get a much easier time from fans if they didn't behave like fluorescent jacketed hoolies themselves. This fixture will probably see particularly twattish behaviour from the Boys in Blue given what happened in 2007.
Jiggers the Fox Posted 18 September 2009 Author Posted 18 September 2009 last trip here was the most police ive ever seen in one place!
lou Posted 18 September 2009 Posted 18 September 2009 Dont get paid til Friday so probably wont get a sodding ticket due to all the fecking day-trippers. Not happy
Matt Posted 18 September 2009 Posted 18 September 2009 It's a shit away day, but i'll be there. Gonna get mine on my Priority 2 then I have a few non STH's that want tickets so will buy them on General Sale + 1 for me so we can be together, then take the one I bought on my Priority back I think is the plan. Bear in mind it's an intial 3000, but we normally take 5,000+ don't we? I suppose that might not happen this year thanks to the dickheads who kicked off last year maybe.
