Good news, we might aswell have the whole 5000 because it should sell out ( away end ). Plus i can't be arsed to go down and get tickets early tommorrow.
nuneatonfox Posted 24 September 2009 Posted 24 September 2009 I don't know if you aware but anyone travelling via Nuneaton by train will actually doing so by a replacement bus service for the Nuneaton to Cov leg of the trip. I would reckomend to buy a ticket in just for the nuneaton then get to the nuneaton bus staion catch a 56 to Coventry & it drops you off near the stadium, that's how I'm getting there. Booked my ticket yesterday. Ask for a return to the bull & anchor pub & it will cost you £3 return on the bus.

Clarkielcfc Posted 24 September 2009 Posted 24 September 2009 why will it be? 3 points off of them chavs????
Muz Posted 24 September 2009 Posted 24 September 2009 why will it be? 3 points off of them chavs???? Because all the wank daytrippers will be out , sitting down clapping and just generally being ******. It's the least exciting game of the season. Give me Hartlepool away on a tuesday night anyday.
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 24 September 2009 Posted 24 September 2009 Just to clarify, is getting more tickets a definite? I'm priority 2 but just assumed we would get more and will get mine on Saturday.
Maybes Posted 24 September 2009 Posted 24 September 2009 Just to clarify, is getting more tickets a definite?I'm priority 2 but just assumed we would get more and will get mine on Saturday. We always do. Email the ticket office if you want 'proper' clarification.
syston_fox Posted 24 September 2009 Posted 24 September 2009 why will it be? 3 points off of them chavs???? Name one good away day at Coventry since they moved to the Ricoh.
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 24 September 2009 Posted 24 September 2009 We always do. Email the ticket office if you want 'proper' clarification. Cheers. Know we always do but still. Name one good away day at Coventry since they moved to the Ricoh. There hasnt bene one! The best probably when Stearman scored and we drew 1-1 having ten men.
syston_fox Posted 24 September 2009 Posted 24 September 2009 There hasnt bene one! The best probably when Stearman scored and we drew 1-1 having ten men. Exactly!! That's the best we've had and that was one of the most dull away games I can recall!
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 24 September 2009 Posted 24 September 2009 Exactly!! That's the best we've had and that was one of the most dull away games I can recall! Pretty sure the 0-0 on that Friday night was even more dull! The best Cov away was my first time when we won at Highfield Rd with McKinlay scoring a cracker. That seems like ages ago now.
Guest Posted 24 September 2009 Posted 24 September 2009 You might want to use the ticket and travel thread. Indeed.
CosbehFox Posted 25 September 2009 Posted 25 September 2009 The best Cov away was my first time when we won at Highfield Rd with McKinlay scoring a cracker. That seems like ages ago now. I remember a Heskey 1-0 winner. Beaut. Not bothering...I want to watch the game but not in such an awkward, difficult to get to dump like the Reeko if you what I mean.
Fox92 Posted 25 September 2009 Posted 25 September 2009 Why's everyone down about the Richo? I am really excited to be honest because it's my second visit and I generally like it there. Saying that they don't sing or fill there ground could just be said about us as well, surely? ______ On a different topic, and I now we only drew, but when Dion Dublin scored at Highfield Rd and just put his arms up in front of the Coventry fans was funny!

It's completely plain. At least the Walkers has a bit of colour with the trim around the roofline.
Fox92 Posted 25 September 2009 Posted 25 September 2009 It's completely plain. At least the Walkers has a bit of colour with the trim around the roofline. Ohh rite, I see what you all mean now. I understand what you mean with it being plain and that.
Craig Posted 25 September 2009 Posted 25 September 2009 The colour of the seats don't help. I think the main problem is the amount of ****** that this fixture attracts.
CosbehFox Posted 25 September 2009 Posted 25 September 2009 Why's everyone down about the Richo? It's the middle of nowhere. It's 3 miles from the city centre. It's completely dead of any buzz. You can't park unless you take out a mortgage on your house within 10 minutes walk or get there for 2 hours before kick-off. The train from Nuneaton actually passes the thing but you have to make your way from the station.
